Glen Elgin Distillery remains one of Speyside’s most underappreciated gems — a distillery that continues to quietly produce elegant, characterful spirit just outside of Elgin. Established in 1898 and now operated by Diageo, Glen Elgin has traditionally served as a key component in blends, but its single malt is increasingly being recognised for its refined complexity and old-school charm.

The distillery is known for its soft, fruity spirit. Expect flavours of stewed apple, honeycomb, beeswax, and gentle spice: classic Speyside notes presented with a delicate touch and a creamy, slightly oily texture that ages beautifully.
