The story follows the adventures of a mischievous teddy bear as he makes his way through Santa's grotto, visiting Santa's elves, his reindeers and even Mrs Claus!

The story book and teddy bear can be personalised with a name up to 12 characters, which will feature throughout the book both within the text and illustrations, making the recipient a part of the story. This will make the perfect Christmas gift for little ones.

The first page inside the book can also be personalised with a message over 4 lines, with up to 25 characters per line. 

Please avoid entering the name in block capitals as this may result in the text being difficult to read on certain pages of the story book. We recommend entering the name in proper case, i.e. Emily, George etc. Please also avoid entering the message text in block capitals as this may result in the personalisation being difficult to read. The apostrophe and s ('s) on the front of the book is fixed and does not need to be entered again.

The story book contains 28 fully illustrated pages. Our bear is suitable for ages 36 months and over.

How to place your personalised gift order:

1. Order your personalised gift online.
2. When you have placed your order, you will receive an email from [email protected]
3. Please allow 1 working day to receive your email, and if you have not received it within this time, please check your junk folder.
4. Once received, follow the link within the email.
5. Type your message into the fields on screen and click on the preview button to review the personalisation.
6. Once checked and you are happy, click submit. Your order will then be processed.

• The content on a personalised product will be produced exactly as you enter it, including spelling and capitalisation. Please ensure that all details, especially the personalised text, are correct before clicking submit.
• Accents, special characters and emojis are not accepted.
• Once the personalisation has been submitted, the order cannot be amended or cancelled.
