Problems with the Ford Ranger Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) are well documented. The factory system traps harmful particulates in a honeycomb structure and burns them off periodically. However, leftover soot can cause permanent blockage and system failure over time.

Common signs of DPF issues include reduced engine performance, increased fuel consumption, and more frequent regeneration cycles.

Upgrade your Ranger by removing the restrictive DPF and replacing it with a full stainless steel PPD Performance system.

Specifically designed for the Ford Ranger PX2 & PX3 3.2L Turbo Diesel (October 2016 onwards), this 3' stainless setup delivers performance and sound the factory setup can’t match.

DPF DELETE SPECIFICATIONS:

  • 304-grade, 1.5mm thick polished stainless steel piping
  • Stainless steel flanges and 2-bolt connector
  • Straight-through design for maximum flow
  • Dual hanger mounts for added durability
  • TIG welded and mandrel bent
  • Gaskets and bolts included

This proven bolt-on design offers significant sound and power gains for the PX2/PX3 Ford Ranger 3.2L.

Note: An ECU remap is recommended after DPF removal to ensure optimal performance.
