Mid-yellow in the glass with light green reflections, this Beaujolais blanc displays beautiful aromas of ripe stone fruits mixed with white flowers. Juicy flavors of Granny Smith apple, white peach and apricot dominate the palate balanced with a soft mineral component and an invigorating acidity that calls you back for your next sip. A perfect counterpart to most seafood dishes... Try it with shrimp scampi, broiled trout or steamed lobster. L'Exception would also be great with classic roasted chicken.
