The fatty acids DHA and EPA found in fish are essential for a range of processes within our bodies, yet they are difficult to come by for those who don't eat fish regularly. Vitamin D is also a fat soluble vitamin so it is the perfect partner with fish oil to assist absorption in the body.Melrose Fish Oil + Vitamin D Joint and Bone is a premium source of omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).
