The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2023 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 2.5" coil springs are designed for drivers demanding the ultimate in performance and ride quality, while allowing for increased wheel travel (when used with ICON shocks) and the fitment of larger tires. The ICON Ford Super Duty coil springs provide 2.5" of lift height and feature a dual rate design optimized for use with trucks equipped with diesel engines. The dual rate design allows for a softer initial rate for superb on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate that increases during compression for excellent bottoming resistance and off-road performance. Caster correction cams are also included to ensure proper caster angle with the new, taller ride height. I should have read the label more carefully

This seems to be a quality product, and I was initially happy to see that this is a one capsule dose (the main reason I ordered this brand). I was also pleased that the capsule size is small, especially compared to most fish oil capsules. What I wasn’t so happy about is the fairly minimal amount of Omega-3’s in each capsule (thus the smaller size). My bad - I should have looked at the label more carefully before ordering. I guess a person could take 3 or 4 a day to up the dosage, but that wouldn’t seem to be very cost effective.
