Moderate stims, solid heat, and a tighter look you can see

Bucked Up Heat is a capsule thermogenic that focuses on moderate stims, different ways to support fat loss, and quick visual changes through metabolism boosts and water control. This isn't just a caffeine pill. It mixes brain and body energy, heat-building ingredients, better absorption, blood sugar help, and a light diuretic effect for a cutting formula that actually feels helpful—not just a fancy label.

The energy comes from 100mg caffeine anhydrous and 25mg TeaCrine® theacrine. Caffeine gives that quick kick you feel in 20-40 minutes: better alertness, more drive to train, and easier sticking to cardio or low-calorie days. TeaCrine® is at a lighter dose than the 200mg in most studies, but it's a smart add because it works well with caffeine. Studies show TeaCrine® helps with energy, focus, and less tiredness, making the boost feel smoother and longer-lasting without building tolerance as fast as caffeine solo.

For thermogenesis—that's your body burning more calories as heat—it's got 40mg synephrine HCl, 30mg Capsimax® red pepper extract, and 50mg green tea extract with 98% polyphenols and 50% EGCG. Synephrine is a go-to for ramping up metabolism and that warm feeling in fat burners without needing tons more caffeine. Capsimax® is a slow-release capsicum that boosts calorie burn and body heat, making this a real fat burner, not just a stim. Green tea adds a bit of catechins; at 25mg EGCG, it's not the star dose from big studies, so think of it as backup for antioxidants and extra heat.

The body-composition support angle is reinforced

Bucked Up Heat by Bucked Up contains 12mcg Chromium, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 100mg Caffeine Anhydrous — gives you a real boost in alertness, training motivation, and getting through calorie-deficit days without going overboard. For a lot of people, that means sticking with it better and dodging sleep or anxiety problems from hardcore fat burners.
  • 25mg TeaCrine® Theacrine — this patented compound smooths out and stretches the energy. It's studied for better energy, focus, and less fatigue, and teams up great with caffeine for a steadier feel than just caffeine by itself.
  • 40mg Synephrine HCl — a key player for thermogenesis here. It's popular for cranking up your metabolism and adding that 'heat' vibe to a cutter without piling on more caffeine.
  • 30mg Capsimax® Red Pepper Extract — branded capsicum for heat-building support. Capsaicinoids ramp up calorie burn and body warmth, turning this into a true fat burner instead of a basic stim pill.
  • 100mg Dandelion Root + 100mg Uva Ursi — a classic duo for shedding water if you want to look less bloated. Super handy in cuts where water hides your progress even when you're on point with diet.
  • 50mg Green Tea Extract standardized to 98% polyphenols and 50% EGCG — adds clean backup for thermogenesis and antioxidants. At this dose, it's more of a team player than the main event, but it fits the multi-angle setup nicely.
  • Chromax® Chromium Picolinate — a branded chromium for metabolism help. It's got some evidence for minor body comp tweaks and better glucose control, and while the dose is on the lighter side, it matches the appetite and carb focus.
  • 200mg Dendrobium 4:1 Extract — an old-school energy herb that amps up the overall buzz. Evidence is thin, but in real use, it adds to that 'switched on' feeling with the caffeine and synephrine.

Bucked Up Heat by Bucked Up contains 12mcg Chromium, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Who Is This For?

  • Physique folks starting a cut who want leaner, drier vibes without mega-stims. 100mg caffeine, 40mg synephrine HCl, 30mg Capsimax®, and the dandelion-uva ursi duo target visible tightening, better energy, and daily burn support.
  • Everyday gym rats dieting for beach season who need more than just coffee. Adds moderate energy, heat, and water help in easy capsules, helping you stay locked in when calories drop and motivation dips.
  • Guys and gals who hold water under the skin and want less puff during fat loss. Dandelion root and uva ursi focus on that, helping you see a drier look before big fat changes hit.
  • People who think high-stim fat burners are too much but still want a kick. 100mg caffeine plus 25mg TeaCrine® gives smoother alertness without testing your limits every time.
  • Busy folks needing daytime energy and appetite help while cutting. Chromium supports glucose vibes, cutting the ups and downs that make deficits tough.
  • Cardio lovers doing walks, bikes, or HIIT in a cut. Makes sessions feel more dialed with alertness and heat, without heavy stims that make steady work suck.

How to Use

Take 2 capsules as a full serving with 8-16 ounces of water, 20-30 minutes before training, cardio, or when diet fatigue hits. If you're new to fat burners or stim-sensitive, start with 1 to check how it feels—100mg caffeine plus synephrine, dendrobium, and TeaCrine® can hit stronger than expected. Empty stomach for quicker kick, or with light food if it bothers you. Don't take late if caffeine keeps you up. Skip casual stacks with energy drinks, big coffees, or high-stim pres unless you're tracking totals. Pairs well with non-stim pre, creatine, protein, and electrolytes for training and hydration in a cut. Best used daily during fat-loss pushes, with breaks to reset tolerance. Keep in a cool, dry spot with lid tight.

What to Expect

First 10-15 minutes, not much besides easy capsules with water. At 20-40 minutes, caffeine kicks in with better alertness, motivation, and a bit of warmth from synephrine and capsicum. From 40-90 minutes, it's peaking: cardio feels easier, focus is sharp, and you get more heat than caffeine alone. Over hours, TeaCrine® keeps it from crashing hard. In the first week, energy and less bloat stand out most, not huge fat drops. Over 2-4 weeks, it shines by helping you stick to training, cardio, and calories, becoming a solid daily tool.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Bucked Up Heat?

Each 2-capsule serving provides 100mg caffeine anhydrous. That is a moderate dose on its own, but the overall feel is stronger than 100mg coffee-equivalent because the formula also includes 40mg synephrine HCl, 25mg TeaCrine®, and 200mg dendrobium extract.

Is Bucked Up Heat a high-stim fat burner?

No. It is better classified as a moderate-stim thermogenic. The 100mg caffeine dose keeps it more manageable than many aggressive fat burners, but the added synephrine, TeaCrine®, and dendrobium still make it a noticeable formula.

What makes this formula feel different from just drinking coffee?

Coffee mainly gives you caffeine. Bucked Up Heat layers caffeine with TeaCrine® for smoother support, synephrine and Capsimax® for thermogenesis, chromium for metabolic support, and dandelion plus uva ursi for water shedding. That creates a more cutting-specific effect than caffeine alone.

Will Bucked Up Heat help me lose fat without dieting?

No fat burner replaces a calorie deficit. What this product does well is support the process: more energy, higher thermogenic output, a drier look from the diuretic layer, and better day-to-day momentum during a cut.

Why are dandelion root and uva ursi in this formula?

They are included for water-management support. These botanicals are commonly used in physique-focused formulas to help reduce temporary water retention so you look less puffy and tighter while dieting.

Can I take Bucked Up Heat with a pre-workout?

Yes, but you need to account for total stimulant intake. Since Heat already supplies 100mg caffeine plus synephrine, theacrine, and dendrobium, it pairs best with a non-stimulant pre-workout or a very low-caffeine pre-workout if you want to avoid overdoing stimulants.

Is the chromium dose in Bucked Up Heat clinically dosed?

Not relative to most body-composition studies. Research commonly uses roughly 200-1000mcg daily, while this formula includes a lower amount via Chromax® chromium picolinate. It still fits the formula’s carb-management concept, but it is not a headline clinical chromium dose.

When should I take Bucked Up Heat?

Most users do best taking 2 capsules 20-30 minutes before training, cardio, or the toughest part of the day. Because it contains stimulants, avoid taking it too late if sleep is a concern.

Does Bucked Up Heat use a proprietary blend?

No. The label is fully disclosed, which is a meaningful advantage in the thermogenic category. You can see the exact amount of every active ingredient instead of guessing behind a blend name.

What side effects should I watch for?

Possible effects include jitteriness, elevated heart rate, sweating or increased warmth, stomach sensitivity if taken fasted, and dehydration risk if you do not drink enough water due to the dandelion and uva ursi content. Start with 1 capsule if you are unsure of your tolerance.

Great product! Worth the purchase
Color: White, Size: 2.5', Style: 2.5 ft
I just wanted a surge protected that's cheap and protects from lightning. I got this product since it was the highest rating for the price. I love this product, and it works great. I have all 6 used and it wasn't that hard to plug in the outlets as some say. It is a little harder than usually, but they don't fall out anymore! I haven't had lightning hit yet so I don't know how well it is against it, but it does come with a lifetime warranty! I just had a bad storm and it worked great, but no lightning struck the power line. I love the product for the price just don't like that it doesn't have the protected light on it (to let you know if you are still protected from lightning). Great product! Also this is a little bigger than a normal 6 outlet, but at least this one includes a surge protection!

Better than the basic power strip
Color: White, Size: 2.5', Style: 2.5 ft
I needed to get a basic five or six outlet power strip and instead ended up with this . Since the power strip that I was going to get was for basic protection, and would be plugged into a surge suppressor anyway, I really wasn't concerned about how much protection it offered. Just having the extra outlets for additional small-to-medium electrical devices was important. While looking and comparing this with basic power strips, I decided to check the manufacturer's site to see what specs they offered, since the ones here seemed to be a bit inadequate. Here's what I found: * 555 Joule energy rating provides maximum protection of all your sensitive electronic devices * 6 Surge-protected outlets supply 2-line AC protection * 2.5-foot power cord delivers optimal, safe AC power through a 14-gauge heavy-duty cord * Filters EMI/RFI noise up to 43 dB reduction * Maximum Spike Amperage of 36,000 Amps * Lifetime Product Warranty * $15,000 Connected Equipment Warranty The pros on this unit include the price, the basic surge protection, a short but sturdy power cord, and good basic construction. It has a power/reset switch that's recessed at the top of the unit near the power cord to prevent accidental shutting down. On the negative side, like so many of these units, the outlets are too close together to put more than a couple transformer-type devices like cell phone chargers and such. Just a couple of comments on the specifications listed above to those who may be interested: if you're going to plug high-end expensive electronics into one of these, don't do it. This is an adequate but very basic unit, and you want to consider getting a better grade surge suppressor for large screen televisions, good computer systems and such. No surge protector is 100% effective, but sure that the product is listed as a transient voltage surge suppressor, and that it meets the criteria for UL 1449, the absolute minimum performance standard for surge suppressors. I'm no electrical engineer or electronics technician, but if you're going to protect an expensive jogging machine, your new 52-inch television or Apple iMac 27-inch desktop system, you need better than an under $10 surge suppressor or power strip. A friend who I will refer to as the 'cranky electronic tech' told me to look it up on the 'Net, but make sure that whatever I got for protection of "really good stuff" needed to be minimally have a UL1449 3rd Edition certification and be rated at 1400 joules of surge protection or higher, and the rest would fall into place. The that I've used for years with my large electronics is rated at 3330 Joules, and meets those specs. If you plan to use a basic surge suppressor to charge cell phones and the like with their transformer plugs, units with right-angle outlets are a better, though more costly choice. My personal choice for mid-range protection combined with outstanding quality is the , a 5-star product that I own and have reviewed here. I run two notebook computers with this, along with a few chargers. There are others if you look. If all that you're looking for is a basic surge protector with a reasonable amount of surge suppression, then this one from Belkin is a decent choice, and certainly better than the basic power strip. I actually came back recently and bought a second one this year. But if your needs call for more, then the above listed alternates may be worth a look. 4/25/2012

It just works, and that is all that matters
Color: White, Size: 10 ft (Pack of 1), Style: 10 ft
It's a Belkin product. Do you really need to know anything more? My roommate bought a really crappy multi-outlet, it worked for the low wattage stuff, but for the higher wattage stuff the internal breaker kept popping. I bought this one, and it hasn't failed me yet.

price, features, 5 star

i cant comment on its performance as a surge protector but as a power strip its awesome. its redic cheap plenty of plug ins super thin, my other strip is twice as thick the on off switch is hidden which is great to not accidentally hit it, and with having kids around the cord length is perfect for my needs. its plug in behind a chair and a half and comes around the side and has plenty of play to move and plug and unplug the only con i can say about it which is not really a con because it wasnt designed for it. your only going to fit 1 big adapter on the end, or your going to have to give up plug ins to have more than that. but that clearly isnt the design of this strip. its about being thin, compact, hidden, and cheap. you want one that can do everything, your going to have to spend more
