This flex plate is CNC machined out of quench and tempered 100ksi steel to be 1. 5x thicker than the stock Flex plate. Machined in house at BD, this flex plate incorporates integrated counterweights and is balanced more accurately than the OE specifications. This flex plate is given a Black Oxide coating
The BD-Power 1041241 Billet Flex Plate is an immense upgrade over the stock flex plate in your E4OD or 4R100 equipped 1994-2003 7.3L Powerstroke. This flex plate is CNC machined out of quench and tempered 100ksi steel to be 1.5x thicker than the stock Flex plate. Machined in-house at BD, this flex plate incorporates integrated counterweights and is balanced more accurately than the OE specifications. This flex plate is given a Black Oxide coating for corrosion resistance and to prevents hydrogen embrittlement that can cause cracking. This unit will fit any aftermarket or stock-style torque converter and is affordable enough to replace when doing a transmission or torque converter swap. Designed as a bolt-in replacement, this flex plate is great for stock, towing, and modified applications.

Smells like fresh coffee very nice, it makes your hair baby soft and smelling good. I'm so glad I purchased this I use it once a week.
