Together these remarkable oils have incredible therapeutic properties that have a calming and soothing aroma. Use in a lotion for a relaxing massage, add to a milk bath for a comforting, warm, calming bath, or diffuse before bedtime to help you calm down and prepare for a good night's rest.
This blend is made with only USDA Certified Organic essential oils. That means that this blend is free from GMOs and the plants the oils come from grow freely without the aid of synthetic fertilizers and in soil that is clean of prohibited substances, such as harmful pesticides. When you purchase a certified organic product, you are also helping to conserve biodiversity! Directions: Diffuse or put a drop or two near your pillow at night. This blend is also great mixed with carrier oil or added to a warm bath. To help relieve tension, you might want to try a few drops mixed with unscented body lotion or carrier oil and apply throughout the day.
Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water. Topical: Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier.
