Straight-up hormone support with Tongkat, PrimaVie®, Shoden®, and TRAACS®

Alpha Lion SuperHuman Test is a fully open-label, no-stim hormone support formula. It's smarter than most in this space: fix common nutrient shortfalls, boost stress handling, support good androgen levels, and use branded, standardized herbs instead of mystery mixes. That's key because tons of test boosters skimp on doses or hide behind blends with zero details. This one lists every ingredient and every amount.

It kicks off with Zinc Bisglycinate Chelate (TRAACS®) at 30 mg and Vitamin D3 at 3,330 IU. Not exciting, but super practical. Zinc helps with hormone production, enzymes, and immune stuff. It shines for testosterone when you're low from heavy training, cutting calories, or not eating enough. TRAACS® chelate absorbs better and goes down easier than cheap oxide versions. Vitamin D3 at 3,330 IU is a solid hit for folks stuck inside; good levels link to hormone function, recovery, and feeling ready to go.

TestoSURGE® double fermented fenugreek at 500 mg stands out. Fenugreek isn't a fake hormone – studies show standardized versions can help with drive, gym performance, and body comp in trained guys. Double fermentation boosts the good stuff and makes it easier on the gut than basic powders.

Tongkat Ali 100:1 root extract at 300 mg is a real game-changer here. That's a strong dose. Tongkat helps with free testosterone, stress handling, libido, and that everyday energy feel, especially for guys pushing through

Alpha Lion SuperHuman Test by Alpha Lion contains 30mg Zinc Bisglycinate Chelate (TRAACS®), a clinical dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 30 mg TRAACS® Zinc Bisglycinate Chelate – a real daily zinc punch in a top-shelf chelated form, way better than the junk oxide in budget stuff. Zinc plays big in enzymes, immune health, and guy stuff like reproduction. It helps most when training hard, dieting, or low intake has you running short.
  • 3,330 IU Vitamin D3 – a legit daily dose for us indoor types with zero sun. Vitamin D ties into hormones, immune readiness, and how well you bounce back, making this one of the smartest picks in the mix.
  • 500 mg TestoSURGE® Double Fermented Fenugreek – not some random powder, but a branded extract with a cleaner profile. Guys use fenugreek for better drive, workout gains, and body comp tweaks. 500 mg is spot-on for serious daily vibes.
  • 300 mg Tongkat Ali 100:1 Root Extract – a top reason to grab this. Tongkat supports free testosterone flow, motivation, libido, and pushing through stress. 300 mg beats the weak doses in lame formulas.
  • 200 mg PrimaVie® Shilajit – purified fulvic acid extract with solid backing. PrimaVie® helps mitochondria, energy, guy vitality, and reproduction markers – more than just trendy dirt.
  • 200 mg DIM – adds real hormone balance, not just a test push. DIM helps process estrogen right, making the whole stack smarter and fuller.
  • 120 mg Shoden® Ashwagandha standardized to 35% withanolides – looks small, but packs a punch with high-strength extract. It cuts chronic stress and cortisol hits that wreck recovery, drive, and motivation before you even blame your workouts.
  • 10 mg Boron as Boron Citrate – an underrated mineral at a good dose. Boron's getting buzz for free testosterone, inflammation control, and vitamin D use – a nice closer for the stack.

Alpha Lion SuperHuman Test by Alpha Lion contains 30mg Zinc Bisglycinate Chelate (TRAACS®), a clinical dose for health and performance.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys on hypertrophy plans wanting help with training drive, recovery, and hormone vibes without more stims. Tongkat Ali, TestoSURGE® fenugreek, PrimaVie® shilajit, and Shoden® ashwagandha nail that – all clear on the label.
  • Lifters cutting calories who hit mood, drive, and confidence dips. Zinc, vitamin D3, boron, and Shoden® adaptogens tackle nutrition and stress hits from dieting.
  • Busy dudes training around long days, needing hormone balance and toughness without quick stims. Capsule, no-caffeine setup fits morning or night easy.
  • Guys over 30 training hard but feeling sleep, stress, and no-sun drag more. 3,330 IU vitamin D3, 30 mg TRAACS® zinc, and quality herbs match that real talk.
  • Gym folks hating prop blends, wanting to check every ingredient against studies. SuperHuman Test shows it all, using TRAACS®, PrimaVie®, Shoden® over vague hype.
  • Dudes chasing drive, motivation, and guy vitality with gym gains. Tongkat Ali, TestoSURGE® fenugreek, PrimaVie® shilajit, and boron make it a targeted daily stack.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules daily with food and water. Breakfast anchors it well for routine, or dinner if you do pre-workouts daytime and want hormone stuff separate. Zinc and herbs go down better with eats than empty. No splitting unless you're super sensitive to herbs – then ease in with 1-2 caps, build to 3. No cycling like stims, but 8-12 weeks straight is common before checking in. Stacks great with creatine, protein, omegas, magnesium, pre-workout – different support layer. Skip extra high zinc or vitamin D unless planned. Keep cool and dry, use daily – that's how it pays off.

What to Expect

First 1-3 days: nothing wild, no stim kick, just easy capsules. Week one: some feel a lift in well-being, drive, or steady energy, especially if stress was high or nutrients low. By week two: adaptogens and vitality kick in – Shoden® eases stress, Tongkat/fenugreek/shilajit boost motivation and gym confidence. Weeks 3-4: where it shines with consistent recovery, stable mood, and strong guy vibes. Not a quick peak – it's build-up for better weeks. Stick with it over perfect timing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Alpha Lion SuperHuman Test a stimulant-based testosterone booster?

No. SuperHuman Test is completely stimulant-free. It supports hormonal health and male vitality through ingredients like TRAACS® zinc, vitamin D3, TestoSURGE® fenugreek, Tongkat Ali, PrimaVie® shilajit, DIM, Shoden® ashwagandha, and boron rather than relying on caffeine or harsh stimulants.

How much Tongkat Ali is in SuperHuman Test?

This formula provides 300 mg of Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia jack) 100:1 root extract per 3-capsule serving. That is one of the more meaningful inclusions in the formula and a strong dose relative to many competitors that either skip Tongkat entirely or use lighter label-friendly amounts.

Why does this formula include DIM at 200 mg?

DIM is included to support healthy estrogen metabolism, which makes the formula more balanced than products that only stack androgen-support ingredients. At 200 mg, it is a substantial inclusion and helps explain why this product feels more intelligently designed than simpler “test booster” blends.

How long does it take to notice SuperHuman Test?

This is not an instant-feel product like a pre-workout. Some users notice subtle improvements in well-being, libido, or daily drive within 1-2 weeks, but the formula is best judged after 3-4 weeks of consistent daily use, especially because ingredients like ashwagandha, tongkat, fenugreek, and shilajit work cumulatively.

Can I take SuperHuman Test with a pre-workout?

Yes. Because it is stimulant-free, it stacks cleanly with most pre-workouts. That is actually one of its strengths: it supports the hormonal and recovery side of performance without adding caffeine or overlapping heavily with typical pre-workout formulas.

Why are zinc and vitamin D3 such a big deal in this formula?

Because foundational nutrient status often matters more than exotic ingredients people cannot pronounce. Zinc and vitamin D3 are both deeply involved in endocrine and immune physiology, and support is especially relevant for hard trainers, indoor workers, and people dieting aggressively.

Is this formula fully transparent?

Yes. There are no proprietary blends here. Every active ingredient and every dose is printed on the label, which is a major advantage in a category where hidden blend weights are still common.

Should I cycle Alpha Lion SuperHuman Test?

It does not need to be cycled like a high-stim pre-workout. Most users are best served by using it daily for 8-12 weeks, then reassessing how they feel and whether they want to continue, pause, or rotate it with another support formula.

Can I take this at night?

Yes. There are no stimulants in the formula, so nighttime use is possible. If you tolerate zinc and herbal extracts well with dinner, evening dosing is completely reasonable.

What makes the trademarked ingredients here matter?

Trademarked ingredients like TRAACS®, TestoSURGE®, PrimaVie®, and Shoden® generally signal better standardization, known sourcing, and more consistent manufacturing than generic commodity ingredients. In a category full of hype, that kind of ingredient quality control matters.

Very Comfortable Ergonomic Chair - Great for Long Work Days!
Color: Black, Color: Black
I’ve been using this ergonomic office chair for a couple of weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed. For the price, it offers excellent comfort and support. What I like: • Very comfortable padded seat and backrest — I can sit for 8+ hours without back pain. • Good lumbar support and adjustable height/armrests. • Holds up to 330 lbs easily (I’m 240 lbs and it feels very stable). • Smooth rolling wheels and sturdy base. • Easy to assemble (took about 20 minutes). The mesh back breathes well and doesn’t get hot. It looks professional in my home office too. Overall, this is a solid ergonomic chair. If you spend a lot of time at a desk, I highly recommend it. Would I buy it again? Yes, definitely.

Great if you're average height.
Color: Black
Comfortable for the price. The seat could be a bit better, but for a budget friendly ergonomic chair, it's well made and has helped a lot with my back pain caused by my previous desk chair. Assembly wasn't terribly difficult, though I did have one screw with damaged threads. Luckily they ship spare screws in the kit, so that was a non-issue. Rollers work great on my small rug and hard flooring and don't tend to tangle cords or cables too much. Size wise, works great for my frame (5 ft 6 in) but for someone more than a few inches taller than myself, you should probably look at another chair.

Great chair
Color: Black
I am very happy with my purchase. Easy to assemble but be aware your drill bits included with your set won't fit their screws. However, you can get a fair bit done with the drill and then use tool included to adjust. Super comfortable and exactly the right height for my desk. Highly recommend for quality exceeding price point.

Review from an "actual" tall person who doesn't weigh 400 pounds.
Color: Black
I recommend this chair. Firstly, I looked at least dozens of chairs and nearly every review in trying to select a chair. I didn't want to spend $200. It's confusing because everyone's idea of perfect is of course subjective. One thing, What is tall? I'm 6'6" I think that's pretty tall. Others feel that 6'0" is tall. LOL In the listing, it shows this chair is good for a 6'5" person which I think is pretty accurate. I weigh about 210 pounds and the padding is just fine. One thing I would push manufacturers to do would be to give accurate measurements. Seat height low and high. Back support height. Head rest added to back height etc.! Maybe actual human measurements that the chair is geared toward. Nice to know that 400 lbs is cool but that doesn't tell me much. My primary goal was to find a chair I could sleep in because I recently had a back injury and sleeping on my bed, while fine, resulted in intense pain trying to get up in the morning. We'll see what happens but the headrest reaches my head which was goal one. The lumbar fits so I don't need to use cushions and pads etc. I found the upper position of the support to be right for me and it's super comfortable. Plus number two. The raised height of the chair fits my long legs (inseam 36") Plus three. I wanted adjustable arm rests but this one doesn't have that. No biggie, for me the height of the arm rests is pretty much just right. It might be a little high for some. The back leaning adjustment doesn't lock except for upright. Locking upright is good, and leaning back - for me - doesn't really need to lock. Being an actual tall person made me really skeptical. I'm relieved that I won't have to take it apart to return it. The assembly was straight forward and pretty easy though I'd suggest not really tightening the arms snugly before getting the back squared away - the alignment is easier if you do that. I got the chair for $109 with 21% off. It's slightly wobbly yet feels pretty well made. It rolls well enough. I'm quite satisfied with the purchase and I'll come back if there are updates. Edit one. I've had it a week now and found I couldn't sleep in it. I think it would be better if the back could recline separately from the seat. There might also be figuring out a way to support my legs due to the back and seat reclining together rather than separately. Two. I kind of wish more now that the arms were adjustable for height and tilt if that makes sense. I have a bar stool next to me on the right in front of my desk that is the right height to relax my right arm while reaching my mouse on the desk so that's my work around there. Three. The casters are kind of basic and don't roll as easily on the floor matt as my former second hand chair - they would probably be fine on a hard surface. I'll probably switch them out. Four: The lumbar support, while mostly in the right place is unpadded and creates kind of a hard spot there. I've re-introduced my lumbar support pillows for comfort there. All in all, I'm still happy with the $100 purchase. In my experience, being pretty tall always comes with compromise and these notes are not deal breakers for me. Yea, It can always be more perfect but unless you're in a showroom test driving and willing to spend $300? Right. UPDATE: I'm really not satisfied with this chair and in fact, I wish I hadn't bought it. Firstly, the pneumatic post that the chair part connects with is wobbly depending on which way it is facing according to which way the legs are aligned. It's like a poor fit and I'm pretty mechanically inclined. Second and also important. The lock to keep it upright and inclined only worked for a few weeks. For a while, you had to mess with it to engage the upright position. It no longer works. Worse than that, the lumbar support pad disconnected with the chair and is now floating and after only a month or so, the remaining supports for the Lumbar rest have dug into the fabric on the back of the chair creating holes in the back's fabric. I've tried but there is no way to reconnect that bit without removing the back's fabric as far as I can see. I'm taking this down to one star for sure. Poor design? Poor manufacturing? Yea. I wouldn't suggest this chair to anyone. If the company comes up with a solution, I'll continue my review. As for now. Not a recommendation. Update: Not impressed and kind of crappy. Mentioned is that the so called lumbar thingy disconnected and is unusable. I've got my own pad which seems to help. Also, it's wiggly where the chair connects to the base. Months later, I might toss it and go back to the chair I bought locally and second hand. Don't buy this chair!

Great Instructions, Straightforward Assembly
Color: Black
I just received this chair today, so my product review is mostly on the packaging, instructions, and assembly. The product was well-packaged, and it was obvious when I unboxed it that a lot of care and thought went into packing it in the most efficient way that would also protect the parts. I was positively impressed with the packaging. I was also incredibly impressed with the instructions and assembly process. I am used to cheaper products where the parts only half fit or important components are missing, or where the instructions were confusing and unclear. This chair's instruction manual was very clear and concise. The diagrams were easy to understand and neat. The screws came labeled and separated and also included the scew types and sizes/lengths, which is handy in case you need to pick up extras at a store somewhere. But they also included one extra of each type of screw, washer, and cover, which I appreciated during assembly. (I didn't find myself worrying what would happen if I dropped a screw, which is something I would normally be distsracted by while working.) The only things I would take points off for were these: 1. The instructions said the chair came with gloves for assembly, but no gloves were included. That was fine with me, but why mention them if you won't include them? The instructions even later say not to use the chair if not all components were present...but all the important ones were, so I assembled it without gloves (as I probably would have done anyway, since it was for me and not another person). 2. It matters which side of the seat is the front, but the sticker was confusing. The instructions show a sticker placed on the side that is the front, and that is where my sticker was placed. However, the sticker says "FRONT" and has an arrow pointing somewhere. In the instructions this arrow pointed to the front. On my seat, however, the arrow pointed to the back. So am I supposed to believe the sticker placement (it was diagonal, so it looked haphazardly slapped on) or the arrow? On that particular step the piece you are screwing into the seat can fit both ways, but thankfully there is a later step where it becomes obvious which side is the front vs. the back. (The arm rests can only be attached to the back.) So I wish that had been clearer up front, but otherwise it was okay. Recommendations for assembly: - To attach the wheels, apply firm, direct, straight-down pressure. I tried screwing them on at first but you just push. Make sure they go in the whole way like the picture shows. - When they say to tighten the screws to only 60%, it's a helpful tip, because you can't fit the armrests on both the seat and chairback at the same time with the screws completely tightened. Just tighten them enough to fit the pieces on, then later you can tighten up the screws. So far I find the chair to be very comfortable and I'm exceedingly happy with it. The lumbar support seems like it could potentially be a little chafy or scratchy, but I'll give the chair a chance before deciding if it's problematic or not. Like I said, I only got the chair today, so I can't speak much to its long-term comfort, durability, or longevity. But I was so impressed with how easy and straightforward they made the assembly that I had to write a review to show my appreciation.
