Our best-selling gin. Hand harvested Elderflower and Jasmine are distilled and blended with Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root and Winter Savoury to create a gin that is perfectly balanced. Naturally floral in fragrance, with hints of exotic fruits, make this a beautifully aromatic sweet Gin to enjoy.

Once distillation is finished, we add a mixture of dark violet and rose petals from our Garden to create a strong pink colour that is completely natural. It does fade over time but our customers have asked us to bring back our pink gin. 

At 40% ABV we feel we get the perfect balance of colour, flavour and aroma and a better mouthfeel and the 70cl bottle has artwork featuring both elderflowers and flowering jasmine.
