Four clear hormone ingredients for a hard, dry cycle

Blackstone Labs Metha-Quad Extreme is a straight-up four-ingredient prohormone-style supp with everything out in the open. It mixes androgen precursors with an anti-estrogen kicker to help you get that hard, dense, strength-boosting vibe—way beyond basic natural stuff. No stims, no pumps, no wellness fluff. It's all about tweaking hormones with steroidal compounds for real results.

The star here is Androsterone at 150mg, the biggest dose in the mix. Androsterone is a 17-keto steroid that's all about androgen vibes, often linked to converting to DHT-like effects for a dry, hard look instead of watery weight. The science isn't as rock-solid as creatine or citrulline, but the real-world action matters. Guys feel more aggressive in the gym, stronger lifts, and that visible hardness. This one's what gives the formula its tough, androgen edge.

1-Androstene-3Beta-Ol,17-One at 50mg is your 1-DHEA play, a precursor to 1-testosterone. It's popular for lean, dry gains without much aromatizing—meaning less estrogen fluff. 50mg is a solid amount for a stack like this, but your daily total depends on if you stick to one pill or go higher with advice. You won't feel it right away like a stim, but over sessions, expect better strength gains, fuller muscles, and a more dialed-in training block.

4-Androstene-3Beta-Ol,17-One at 50mg rounds it out, adding a fuller feel to balance the dryness. Guys use 4-Andro for that stronger overall push next to 1-Andro's lean side.

Androsta-3,5-Diene-7,17-Dione at 50mg is the anti-estrogen piece, helping keep things tight and dry by curbing estrogen effects.

Key Highlights

  • 150mg Androsterone — the main player, super androgenic. This is what brings that dry, hardening effect and the aggressive gym feel that experienced guys love.
  • 50mg 1-Androstene-3Beta-Ol,17-One — straight-up 1-Andro, not hidden in a blend. It's great for lean, non-bloating anabolic support, key for the recomp focus here.
  • 50mg 4-Androstene-3Beta-Ol,17-One — throws in balance so it's not all dryness. 4-Andro helps with a fuller, stronger vibe alongside the lean stuff.
  • 50mg Androsta-3,5-Diene-7,17-Dione — built-in anti-estrogen to keep the formula smart. It helps push that hard, dry look without needing extra supps right away.
  • Full label transparency — every ingredient and dose listed. In a world of shady blends, this lets you know exactly what you're getting.
  • No stims — no fake energy from caffeine. It's pure hormonal support that builds over time, without messing your sleep or heart rate.
  • One-pill daily serving — easy to stick with. For cycle stuff, missing doses kills the momentum, so this format keeps it simple.
  • Multi-angle androgen approach — Androsterone, 1-Andro, and 4-Andro each add their own thing. Feels more rounded than single-ingredient options that go too far one way.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys focused on physique in a hypertrophy phase, wanting dry hardness while overloading. 150mg Androsterone with 1-Andro, 4-Andro, and Arimistane fits for chasing visible density, gym gains, and aggressive recomp beyond natural stuff.
  • Intermediate builders who've done the basics like creatine and protein, ready for real hormone support. Knows androgen precursors like 1-Androstene-3Beta-Ol,17-One and 4-Androstene-3Beta-Ol,17-One mean serious cycles.
  • Experienced dudes eyeing a lean bulk where looks count as much as weight. Androsterone and built-in Androsta-3,5-Diene-7,17-Dione aim for hardness over soft bulk.
  • Strength guys needing hormone help for heavy compounds, no stim reliance. Stim-free means it fits any training time, focusing on performance without energy crashes.
  • Folks who hate blends and want full details. Discloses all four actives with exact mgs—big in a category where doses hide.
  • Lifters wanting a simple one-pill cycle for easy follow-through. Makes sticking to it straightforward, key for cycle success.

How to Use

Take 1 tablet every day at the same time for consistency. Do it with a meal that has fat—helps with tolerance and absorption for these steroid ingredients. This isn't workout-timed; it's for long-term hormone shifts, not instant feels. Don't bump up doses on your own—stick to the label unless your plan says otherwise. With Androsterone, 1-Androstene-3Beta-Ol,17-One, 4-Androstene-3Beta-Ol,17-One, and Androsta-3,5-Diene-7,17-Dione in here, plan on-cycle and post-cycle support from the start. Stacks great with creatine, protein, electrolytes, or a non-hormone pre if you want. Skip other hormone supps unless it's all mapped out. Cycle this—it's not for everyday forever. Keep it cool and dry, away from heat or wet.

What to Expect

First 0-30 minutes: nada big, no stims or pumps here. It's daily hormone fuel, not a workout booster. Days 1-7: might not feel much besides the mental 'on cycle' boost, maybe a bit more drive. Weeks 2-3: this is when it clicks—stronger lifts, more aggression, denser muscles, harder look. Weeks 3-4: the vibe's clear, especially with diet and training on point for lean gains or recomp. No peak-and-crash like pres; it's all build-up. Manage recovery and support right, or risks pop up same time.

Key Ingredients

  • Androsterone — 150mg — High-dose androgen support for harder, drier physique progression
  • 1-Androstene-3Beta-Ol,17-One — 50mg — Lean anabolic pathway support without a bulk-heavy profile
  • 4-Androstene-3Beta-Ol,17-One — 50mg — Rounds out the stack for a fuller anabolic feel
  • Androsta-3,5-Diene-7,17-Dione — 50mg — Built-in anti-estrogen support for a tighter, harder look

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the active ingredients in Blackstone Labs Metha-Quad Extreme?

Each tablet contains 150mg Androsterone, 50mg 1-Androstene-3Beta-Ol,17-One, 50mg 4-Androstene-3Beta-Ol,17-One, and 50mg Androsta-3,5-Diene-7,17-Dione. That gives you a fully disclosed four-compound hormone-support formula with no proprietary blend hiding the doses.

Is Metha-Quad Extreme a stimulant product?

No. This formula contains no listed stimulant actives and is not designed to feel like a pre-workout. Its effects are cumulative and tied to hormonal support over weeks, not a same-day energy rush.

What is Androsterone doing at 150mg?

Androsterone is the lead ingredient and gives the formula much of its hardening, androgenic personality. Experienced users typically look to it for a drier look, stronger gym aggression, and a more density-focused training phase rather than soft scale weight.

Why combine 1-Andro and 4-Andro in the same formula?

1-Androstene-3Beta-Ol,17-One is commonly used for a leaner, drier anabolic profile, while 4-Androstene-3Beta-Ol,17-One is often included to make the cycle feel fuller and more balanced. Together, they create a more complete stack than relying on only one pathway.

What is the role of Androsta-3,5-Diene-7,17-Dione at 50mg?

This ingredient is commonly recognized for anti-estrogenic activity and is included to reinforce the formula’s harder, drier direction. It helps explain why this product is positioned more toward recomp and hardening than toward a softer bulk.

How should I take Metha-Quad Extreme?

Take 1 tablet daily, ideally with a meal and at a consistent time each day. Because this is a hormone-support product rather than a pre-workout, consistency across the cycle matters more than taking it right before training.

Do I need post-cycle support with this formula?

A planned post-cycle strategy is strongly recommended for products in this category. The formula contains multiple hormonally active compounds, so responsible users typically do not begin a cycle without already having support and post-cycle planning in place.

Is this a good first supplement for building muscle?

No. Beginners should start with foundational supplements like creatine monohydrate, protein, electrolytes, and nutrition support. Metha-Quad Extreme is a specialized advanced formula for experienced users, not an entry-level muscle-building product.

Can I stack this with a pre-workout?

Yes, because Metha-Quad Extreme is stim-free, it can be paired with a non-hormonal pre-workout if desired. The key is to avoid stacking it carelessly with other hormone-active products unless the entire cycle is deliberately planned.

Is the formula fully transparent?

Yes. All four active ingredients and their exact milligram amounts are disclosed on the label. That is a meaningful advantage in a category where proprietary blends and incomplete labeling are common.

Not a bad start

3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.

Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
