We do accept 50% as a deposit to hold your reservation.

Party Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy
All party reservations are subject to the following policy:

Rescheduling:
Parties may be rescheduled at no additional fee. If within a week of your date. Less than a week is subject to a $75-$100 fee. We are happy to work with you to find a new date that works for everyone. -
Refunds:
Refunds are available only if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the original booking. -
Store Credit:
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event date will receive full store credit (no cash or card refunds). -
Cancellations within 14 days:
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled party date are non-refundable and non-transferable, as staffing and supplies have already been secured.
