Assaggio ampio, elegante, con un tannino fitto e una buona acidità.Il Rosso di Montalcino DOC “Sogni e Follia” 2015 di Podere Le Ripi è prodotto con uve sangiovese provenienti da vigne di oltre 25 anni di età allevate in regime biodinamico. Fermentazione alcolica spontanea in vasche di cemento con 20 giorni di macerazione sulle bucce seguita da una maturazione di 30 mesi in botti grandi di rovere. Un vino artigianale prodotto nel rispetto della tradizione locale.
Ottimo con primi piatti al ragù di carne, con arrosti e polpette in umido.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT, would’ve gotten 5 stars but i threw it for my dog and it split in half on contact with the floor. It had lasted us well over 5 months, it’s not his favorite toy but he’ll pick it sometimes, i wouldn’t say it’s unsafe in half just don’t give the smaller parts!
