About this treasure:An extremely sort and beautiful miniature work of art. This reverse painted crystal ring features a totally charming terrier looking out to the wearer. This would make an amazing addition to any jewellery lovers collection, especially this very unique example!
A technique that dates back to 1860, reverse painted intaglio crystal was first popularised by a Victorian gentleman called Essex. The reverse of a cabochon rock crystal is carefully hand carved into a elaborate shape and then painted forming an fine three dimensional image.
Here we have a fabulous dog. What was once full of colour is now more muted and subtle on the eye.We love how prominent his features are, and he even is wearing a simple black collar. The backing is mother of pearl which gives him a subtle glow on the light. The more you look, the more detail youll seeing in his face. Its an exceptional example.
They have been set into a warm 15 carat gold bezel setting with a bold but simple style meaning all attention is on the lovely dog. Highly collectable and increasingly hard to find this is an amazing piece of history, art and antique jewellery

Favorite toy.
Seems to be of good quality. There are probably a dozen different name brands for these balls. Our puppy loves these. Our son’s 90 pound golden lab has had one for a couple years. He has his outside and it’s a very similar design. Although not the same manufacturer.

Ball obsession
Dog loves these but he is an aggressive chewer so once he gets a hold of that sweet spot ball has no chance..

My dogs favorite toy!
They can’t wait for me to put air in the ball. Second picture is my active dog asleep from having so much fun with her new soccer ball.

Just okay
This didn’t last a day. Not for a large dog. Just medium size or small dog.

Good size
Easy for the dog to grab one of the tabs. She likes playing with it outside.
