Sustainably grown, dry farmed, grapes are hand picked from old, un irrigated bush vines; this Shiraz driven blend includes small portions of Cinsault, Grenache, and Tinta Barocca. The wine was lightly filtered but not fined. Secateurs are the tools used to cut and shape vines.
