Cold-extracted to preserve its natural aromas and nutritional integrity, the oil displays a vibrant golden-green hue with a refined aromatic profile. On the nose, it reveals fresh notes of green olive, artichoke, and wild herbs, layered with hints of almond and freshly cut grass. The palate is smooth yet lively, offering a harmonious balance of bitterness and a delicate peppery finish — classic markers of high-quality Tuscan olive oil.
