This complete kit from Mishimoto includes not just an intercooler, but both the hot and cold side pipes and boots. This means a total upgrade of your intercooler system for some big gains in power, engine longevity, airflow, and lower EGTs.

Made from durable cast aluminum, the Intercooler is precision engineered with a proven and efficient bar-and-plate core. This design helps to improve airflow, lower intake temperatures, and give you improved EGTs. The Mishimoto intercooler has a 101% increased core volume and is 73% thicker than a factory Duramax intercooler. Both the hot and cold side pipes are made from large diameter mandrel bent aluminum, that dwarfs the stock plastic tubes. All the boots are silicone and made using Mashimoto's DuraCore technology where the innermost layer is a synthetic that outlasts traditional silicone hose. DuraCore helps protect the boots from heat, pressure, fuel, and oil preventing leaks and blowouts. Lastly, the kit comes with high quality T-bolt clamps for superior, lasting hold.
