Poggio di Sotto's Brunello di Montalcino DOCG comes from the Castelnuovo dell'Abate area, in the Orcia river valley, from vineyards located at 200, 300 and 450 meters above sea level with different sun exposures and on soils rich in skeleton. In the cellar everything is done in the most traditional way, from vinifications in wooden vats to spontaneous fermentations and very prolonged macerations.
