ENGLISH DESCRIPTION It is a dialogue between God and man, highlighting the path to action, devotion, and Eastern knowledge. "All beings are born into illusion, the illusion of divide stemming from desire and hate."It is part of the sixth book of the Mahabharata, probably written in the first or second centuries A.D. The author is unknown. It is a dialogue between Arjuna and Krishna in the battlefield, right before the war between the Pandavas and the Kauravas began. The fear of battle triggers a conversation through which we trace an overview of the mindset and religious experiences in India, encompassing the ways of action, devotion, and knowledge. We owe Juan Mascaró one of the most celebrated translations of the Bhagavad Gita, which we present in its Castilian version by José Manuel Albeira, along with the original Sanskrittext.

Educational & Interesting Bathroom Reader
Format: Paperback
I bought this for my husband for Christmas given that he loves history. I figured it’d be a hit as a bathroom reader… I was right and it’s become a fixture right next to the toilet paper! He likes that it challenges him to think. Now there’s no need to take his phone into the bathroom!

BCE? No, it is BC!
Format: Paperback
I love history; there is a lot in this book I did not know. It is definitely a challenge and a great way to learn. I took off one star (considered taking off two) because the author uses the non-Christian term of BCE. I HATE seeing that instead of what it really is BC - before Christ! I wonder if he is an atheist.
