Rosso rubino trasparente, dai riflessi granato. Apre su note di frutta rossa carnosa seguite da sensazioni di cacao, tabacco, fiori macerati e cuoio. In bocca offre un assaggio corposo e appagante, che si muove fresco e fruttato fino al finale balsamico.Nasce da uve sangiovese in purezza questo elegante Rosso di Montalcino DOC della cantina Le Ragnaie. I vigneti condotti in biologico sono tra i più alti della denominazione, a circa 600 metri sul livello del mare, e dopo la fermentazione in acciaio, il vino è posto a maturare in grandi botti di rovere di Slavonia, dove rimane circa 13 mesi prima dell’imbottigliamento. Rosso capace di esprimere eleganza e potenza, che non ha niente da invidiare al più blasonato Brunello.
Il rosso ideale per ricette tradizionali come le pappardelle al ragù di lepre e la tagliata di manzo ai funghi porcini.

Excellent salt grinder
This ceramic grinder surprised me for its good quality. The design is very elegant, with the stainless steel part and the glass jar that allows you to easily see how much product is left inside. It feels solid and well built.
The ceramic grinding mechanism works very smoothly and crushes the salt evenly. In addition, it is easy to refill and clean, which is very practical to use in the kitchen every day.
It has a perfect size: it does not take up much space but has good capacity. Without a doubt it is a very useful and beautiful product for the table or the kitchen. I totally recommend it!
