The 66fit Cold Compression Wrap combines the benefits of pneumatic compression and cold therapy to help reduce swelling, minimise pain and discomfort. Ideal for use post injury, post operatively or as part of a rehabilitation program.

Features:

  • Removable cold gel pack is stored in the freezer until ready to use
  • Cold gel pack is reusable, non-toxic and leak proof
  • Air inflation pump to apply desired level of compression
  • Adjustable wrap with velcro closures for a one size fit

Instructions for use

Cold Therapy:

  1. Remove gel pack from the wrap and place into the freezer for minimum of 2 hours.
  2. When ready to use attach the cold gel pack to the wrap using the velcro tabs.
  3. Use protective barrier (such as cloth or towel) between the skin and cold pack. Do not apply gel pack directly to skin.
  4. Place the wrap with gel pack on the treatment area and firmly secure the large velcro strap.
  5. To protect skin - treatment time should not exceed 15 - 20 minutes at a time.
  6. Allow a minimum of 60 minutes between each treatment session of cold therapy, to help protect tissue & skin at the treatment area.

Air Compression Therapy:

  1. Locate the ON/OFF valve on the exterior of the wrap.
  2. Connect the bulb/pump hose connector to the valve by turning clockwise.
  3. Turn the valve to "ON" (open).
  4. Using your hand (grip) manually compress the bulb/pump intermittently to fill the wraps outer bladder to a desired and comfortable setting. To reduce the amount of air pumped into the wrap press the "black button" below the bulb/pump to release air. Adjust air pressure to a desired and comfortable setting.
  5. Once the desired air pressure is set turn the valve to "OFF" (closed).
  6. Disconnect the bulb/pump and tubing by turning the hose connector counterclockwise.
  7. To remove the air in the wrap bladder simply turn the valve to "ON" (open).
  8. To remove the wrap pull the velcro tabs/straps to release and remove wrap.
  9. Store wrap components (wrap, gel pack, bulb/pump and hosing) appropriately in a convenient area for re-use.

Basic knowledge of underwriting is necessary to understand.
Format: Paperback
This is a great guide for underwriting multifamily deals for someone with some basic to moderate knowledge of underwriting. I am a new student to this field and have to stop and google some of the acronyms. For a future version, I think adding an extra page for the acronyms used, definition and equation would be helpful. I think that the font could be larger and darker. Adding mathematical formulas in the book would provide visualization as well. Rob can also provide a sample OM for the reader to use with his underwriting model and compare to his completed one. Again, I am a newbie so my review may change as I gain knowledge in this area. I enjoyed listening to Rob on Youtube/Podcast and hope to learn more from him.

great read for underwriters of multifamily deals
Format: Kindle
Rob lays out a succinct and thorough summary of his underwriting process, questions industry standards while sharing his opinions, and discusses risk management and analyses for deals during the underwriting process. Highly recommend for newer and more seasoned underwriters and investors to build or sharpen multifamily underwriting fundamentals and details. He also shares his model as the example.

Full of useful information
Format: Paperback
As context, I've underwritten about 100 deals and attended some basic underwriting classes. Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
