The Maxx-ER 50 Stainless ER Collet Chuck is a high-performance collet chuck that is 100% cross-compatible with OEM Erowa systems. Designed for precision and durability, it delivers ±0.02 mm concentricity and ±0.002 mm repeatability, making it suitable for both manual and automated applications. Each unit includes an ITS 50 Centering Plate to ensure stability in demanding machining environments. For robotic integration, the chuck can be customized with gripper interfaces, stop buttons, and other automation features. It also incorporates through-flushing to aid debris removal and extend tool life. Designed with a deeper internal diameter to better hold long workpieces.
