Intended to be used by candidates preparing for a career within Military Special Operations that do not include water stress such as the Ranger, Special Forces, and TACP pipelines.
It does not matter if you are choosing a specific career, this program is designed to improve whoever uses it; regardless of fitness level. If anything, this program will expose you to an alternate approach towards fitness.
