If you drive a Ford 6.7L Powerstroke, you already know these trucks work hard and move a lot of air through the engine. Over time, that process can send oil mist, fuel vapors, and moisture back into the intake system through the factory CCV setup. This baffled oil catch can is designed to step in and intercept that blow-by before it reaches your turbo and intercooler, helping keep the intake system cleaner while still allowing your crankcase to breathe normally.
This kit uses a high-flow, serviceable 5.3 fl. oz. catch can with large M27 x 2.0 inlet and outlet ports and an internal CNC-machined baffle with an integrated filter. That design lets air flow through while separating out oil and vapor contaminants. It mounts using a 3mm thick powder-coated steel bracket that is built for durability and positioned for easy access when it’s time to service the can. CNC-machined adapters are included to integrate directly with the factory CCV filter housing, so you don’t lose OEM functionality while rerouting harmful blow-by away from the intake.
Everything needed for installation is included, such as direct-fit hoses, CNC-machined aluminum barbed fittings, worm gear clamps, and all mounting hardware. Once installed, the system is fully serviceable for draining and cleaning, making maintenance simple over time. The bracket is reinforced and designed to hold up under harsh diesel conditions, giving you a long-term solution that fits cleanly and works quietly in the background without changing how your truck drives.
