The Lukka Ellips Basin is covered by the official manufacturer's warranty. Please note the different warranty periods based on the selected finish:

Ceramic Body (Gloss White): 10 Years Replacement Product (Against manufacturing faults).
Ceramic Body (Matte White): 1 Year Replacement Product (Against manufacturing faults).
Labour (All Finishes): 1 Year Labour (Covers the reasonable cost of replacing a faulty product, subject to assessment).
Replacement Parts (All Finishes): 1 Year Replacement Parts (Covers internal fittings or minor components supplied).
Important Note: This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or surface damage resulting from using incorrect cleaning products. Please ensure the product is checked for damage prior to installation.

Yes, it takes a small amount of effort to adjust them when you first get into the car, but I don't even think about it any more. As far as the quality, there is no shedding, no smell, and no discoloration. We have put over 4,000 miles on the car since I put these in, and I have no complaints to register.
