A George V four half crown coin, an everyday object of the era, has been beautifully personalised. One side has been polished out and onto which has been hand engraved with ornately fine detail at the centre of which two hands are clasp. A sized symbol found in antique jewellery dating back centuries, its a sentimental union of two.

This extraordinary piece has been set into a hand sourced vintage 1970‘s gold mount, meaning it can never worn and enjoyed as a pendant.

ERA: 1930 George coin placed into a vintage 1970‘s gold mount

DIMENSIONS: 20 x 25mm without the loop

WEIGHT: 2.95 total grams approx.

COMPOSITION: 92% Silver coin and 9 carat gold coin mount

CONDITION: This is overall in lovely antique condition with some wear and knocks to the pendant. The finish is bright and crisp and ready to wear. There is a monitor crack at the back of the gold mount and the coin can spin in the setting if preferred.

AFTERCARE: with all vintage and antique jewellery they are not perfect. To extend its life, treat it with love and avoid contact with any chemicals. Silver will tarnish with time, however a quick polish with silvo or a polish cloth with making it look beautiful. The more the piece is worn the slower the tarnish will appear! Love it and wear it
