The Lady Byng Memorial Trophy awarded to the player who 'exhibited the best type of sportsmanship and gentlemanly conduct combined with a high standard of playing ability' was also awarded to Gretzky in his first NHL season. Gretzky went on to win the Lady Byng Trophy four more times throughout his career and four Stanley Cup championships. Gretzky's rookie season is still the highest point total by a first-year player in NHL history with 137 points. Gretzky has signed this 16X20 print in black paint pen.
