One easy daily packet loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants for solid everyday support.

Viva Vitamins CSP PACKS are a straightforward daily vitamin and mineral pack. It's all about covering the basics in a handy 4-tablet packet, with a big 500mg hit of vitamin C for antioxidant help, and a solid B-vitamin lineup for everyday energy. This isn't some pumped-up energy booster—it's just reliable daily support for folks who want steady nutrition without the hype.

The main player is vitamin C at 500mg, coming from ascorbic acid and buffered calcium ascorbate. That's way more than the bare minimum you need daily, and it's common in wellness supps to help with antioxidants, building collagen (that's the stuff that keeps your tissues strong), and keeping your immune system in check. Basically, vitamin C helps fight off free radicals by giving away electrons, and it plays a role in reactions that maintain your connective tissues. Mixing in the buffered version can make it gentler on your stomach than pure ascorbic acid.

The B vitamins are a real highlight here. You've got thiamine, riboflavin, niacinamide, vitamin B6, and pantothenic acid all at 25mg each—that's a lot more than the daily basics, making this great for supporting how your body turns food into energy. These act as helpers in breaking down carbs, fats, and proteins, so your cells get the fuel they need. You won't feel them like a caffeine buzz, but they're key for keeping energy steady, nerves working right, and overall nutrition on point.

Vitamin A comes as beta carotene at 5,000 IU—your body turns it into what it needs. Vitamin E is d-alpha tocopheryl succinate at 100 IU, a natural form that's good for antioxidant protection in fatty areas like cell membranes.

Key Highlights

  • 500mg Vitamin C from ascorbic acid and buffered calcium ascorbate—it's the heart of this pack. Helps with antioxidants, keeping tissues strong via collagen, and immune support, plus the buffered part makes it easier on sensitive stomachs.
  • Solid B-complex with 25mg each of B1, B2, niacinamide, B6, and pantothenic acid—way above the daily minimums. These help your body process carbs, fats, and proteins into energy you can use.
  • 100 IU Vitamin E as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate—a natural version that's not just filler. It protects fatty spots like cell membranes, teaming up with vitamin C for better antioxidant coverage.
  • 5,000 IU Vitamin A from beta carotene—your body converts it as needed. This classic approach supports vision, immune health, and skin without using straight retinol.
  • Minerals in chelated and citrate forms, like calcium amino acid chelate, magnesium amino acid chelate, zinc citrate, selenium amino acid chelate, and copper amino acid chelate. These forms are easier on your system, making the pack more user-friendly.
  • Comes in pre-portioned 4-tablet packets—huge for actually taking it every day. Basics only help if you stick with them, and packets cut out the hassle of multiple bottles.
  • 25mg each of choline bitartrate and inositol—small adds that fit right in. Choline helps with cell membranes and processes like methylation, while inositol aids in cell signaling, common in wellness packs.
  • Biotin at 50mcg—dosed like a real multi, not some mega beauty supp. It supports normal breakdown of food for energy, but it's not the 2.5mg you'd see in hair and nail formulas.

Who Is This For?

  • Active adults training without wanting stim overload. The daily 4-tablet pack covers basics with 500mg C, full B's, and minerals, keeping it real without pre-workout vibes.
  • Busy folks eating okay but not perfect. Packs make it easy to stay on track vs. multiple bottles.
  • Wellness seekers wanting built-in antioxidants. 500mg C, 100 IU E, and beta carotene support immune, cells, and stress recovery.
  • Gym rats needing nutrition backup, not performance hype. B's help energy at the cell level, minerals fill meal gaps.
  • Adults 18+ who dig packets for travel, work, or gym bags. Less hassle means you actually use it daily.
  • People on protein, creatine, or omegas needing core vitamins. Fills gaps without clashing.

How to Use

Take 1 packet a day with breakfast or lunch and some water. Pairing with food helps tolerance and absorbs the fat-solubles like A, D, and E better. Four tablets, so if you're sensitive empty-stomach, don't do that. Full packet is the plan, but split if it suits you. Good for everyday use—no stims, no cycling needed. Stacks with protein, creatine, omegas, or singles like mag or D if you need more than what's here. Skip doubling multis to avoid too much A, E, B6, or iron. Keep cool and dry, packets sealed till you need 'em.

What to Expect

First 1-3 days, it's all about how easy it is: tear open, swallow four tablets, done. No energy spike since it's not that kind of supp; just check how it sits, especially with food. Week one is mostly getting into the habit. By weeks 2-4, you notice steadier energy from the B's, antioxidants, and minerals keeping things humming. If you were hit-or-miss before, this consistent boost is the win. It's buildup, not instant feels.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is in each Viva Vitamins CSP PACKS serving?

Each serving is 1 packet containing 4 tablets. The verified actives include 500mg vitamin C, 5,000 IU vitamin A from beta carotene, 100 IU vitamin E as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate, 200 IU vitamin D, a broad B-complex with most major B vitamins at 25mg, plus smaller amounts of minerals such as zinc, selenium, copper, iodine, iron, calcium, magnesium, and potassium.

Is Viva Vitamins CSP PACKS a multivitamin or a performance supplement?

It is best classified as a vitamin-and-mineral foundation product. The formula is designed to help cover everyday micronutrient gaps, with strong emphasis on vitamin C, B vitamins, antioxidant support, and basic mineral coverage rather than acute gym performance.

Will I feel this product right away?

Not in the way you feel caffeine or a pre-workout. CSP PACKS are meant to support nutritional adequacy over time, so the biggest immediate benefit is convenience and compliance, while the physiological value builds with consistent daily use.

How much vitamin C does CSP PACKS provide?

Each packet provides 500mg of vitamin C from a combination of ascorbic acid and buffered calcium ascorbate. That is a substantial antioxidant-support dose for a daily foundational formula.

Are the mineral doses in CSP PACKS high enough to replace standalone magnesium or vitamin D products?

Not usually. Magnesium is 12.5mg and vitamin D is 200 IU, which are conservative inclusions better suited to baseline coverage than targeted correction. Users with specific needs often pair this packet with dedicated magnesium or vitamin D support.

Does CSP PACKS contain iron?

Yes. It includes 4.5mg iron from ferrous fumarate. That makes it more complete as a general packet, but anyone who has been told to limit iron should confirm suitability with their healthcare professional.

Is the biotin dose in this product high?

No. Biotin is included at 50mcg, which is a standard multivitamin-level amount rather than a high-dose beauty formula. It contributes to normal cofactor activity in macronutrient metabolism but should not be mistaken for a dedicated hair-skin-nails protocol.

When should I take Viva Vitamins CSP PACKS?

Take 1 packet daily with food, ideally breakfast or lunch. That timing generally improves tolerance and is a practical match for the fat-soluble vitamins included in the formula.

Can I stack CSP PACKS with creatine, protein, or fish oil?

Yes. It stacks very well with those supplements because CSP PACKS cover foundational micronutrients while creatine supports phosphocreatine availability, protein supports amino acid intake, and fish oil supports omega-3 status.

Does this product need to be cycled?

No. CSP PACKS contain no stimulants and no ingredients that require cycling. The formula works best through consistent daily use.

Fast paced romantasy you will not want to put down!
Format: Kindle
4.25 stars! I LOVED this book with similar vibes to Hush Hush, Fourth Wing, and The Serpent and the Wings of Night! It was fast paced with easy world building and will keep you turning the pages late into the night because you will not want to put it down! Huntyr is a fierce bad@ss FMC trained to kill vampyres her entire life. She is sent on a mission to go to the academy and earn her spot into The Golden City. Upon arrival, she is forced to room with the delicious fallen angel, Wolf, who is the only one who knows about her assassin identity. The romance, the plot twists, the secrets revealed, the battles, and the tantalizing training scenes had me hooked! And that ending…. I’m holding my breath in need to know hell! Read if you love: 🪽 Fae, Vampyres, Fallen Angels 🪽 Academy setting with magical trials 🪽 Forced proximity and slow burn 🪽 Rivals to lovers 🪽 Hidden identities and secrets 🪽 Tend your wounds “𝘖𝘧 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘸𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶. Excellent Rivals to Lovers!!
Format: Kindle
The tension and banter between Huntyr and Wold was delectable. I absolutely love the fallen angel and all of his flaws. Huntyr is amazing too being a badass FMC with some major trauma. The world building was great and I enjoyed the training aspect of the story. The writing was immersive and was in the story the whole time. The ending had quite a twist that I hadn’t anticipated and made my jaw DROP. Excellent job! I also loved the narration. Laura is one of my fave narrators!

Fallen Angels, fae, vampires, oh my!
Format: Kindle
Rating: 4.5 | Spice: 2 (but a good slow-burn) • Main Characters: Huntyr and Wolf • I couldn’t wait to read this book; there was so much hype about it! And there was no doubt why. I fell in love with the characters and the plot itself. This book is mainly plot driven more than friction driven but it’s easy to follow along with. The characters are fun, easily understood. The main setting is at an academy where both the main characters are going through trials and building strength for the final test, The Transcendent. There are fantastic side characters as well. I loved the camaraderie between Huntyr and her friends. But we don’t like Lanson. 😆 We do have some plot twists that come into play throughout the book. Secrets and betrayal to be seen. I did adore Wolf and Huntyr’s relationship. It was a classic slow burn trope. They didn’t hit it off fast, but in time their feelings grew. I loved their banter, so sexy. Wolf is your next book boyfriend; Huntyr is your next vampire assassin independent bad-a*s female. Themes include loyalty, trust, self-discovery, a true slow burn romance. Side note: book ends on a angsty cliffhanger! • Emily, thank you for writing this awesome novel and I cannot wait to devour Book 2, Blood So Brutal! 😍 • Happy reading, my lovelies! xo

“My heart bows to you and you only, Huntress.”
Format: Kindle
3.5 🌟 This book popped up in my KU recommended reading suggestions and the synopsis sounded like what I was in the mood for. I'm so glad I took a chance on it. I went into this knowing absolutely nothing about it and ended up really liking it. I love when this happens. The main characters are likeable and I easily found myself rooting for them. There is a mystery element to each of their backstories that I enjoyed watching unfold and can't wait to get more of. Wolf, in particular, has me fixated. Love him. I found this to be an entertaining, addictive read with a plot that moves along at a good pace. It reads so easily I found myself very reluctant to put it down. Lots of twists and turns and the angst is there. A good set up for the next book to come, for sure. My issues with this book....the dialogue feels a bit juvenile at times and there is a repetitive over use of a particular word phrasing that I found myself giving the ole eye-roll to. There are, without a doubt, some pretty cliche moments that gave me a bit of the cringe. I think this could've certainly 100% benefited from more depth regarding the world building. Perhaps the world building was sacrificed to keep the pacing quick? Just a guess. Also, the lack of consistency of character for the FMC was really evident and so she feels quite illogical at times. Overall, this was a fun and enjoyable read that hit the spot well enough for me. That ending certainly has me impatiently pining for book 2!

Interesting take on the genre
Format: Kindle
True rating: 3.25 ⭐️ I enjoyed the fresh take on the genre. The best way I could describe the setting and world is an apocalyptic dystopian version of Farie where vampires, fae, and angles struggle to survive in what is left of the world. It was definitely interesting throwing the academy/hunger games aspect into this world as well. Even though I guessed the final reveal early on in the book, I kept hoping I was wrong, and it would take a surprising turn. While the "plot twists" were a bit predictable to me, I still enjoyed the ride this book took me on. Another downfall for me was the plot holes in the world building... I.E. if society has fallen and the world is in the aftermath of war, how are there trains running around the world? Just to take young adults to the trials to get into the golden city? How is the train maintained, the tracks clear, etc? However, I did enjoy the FMC & MMC and thought they were fleshed out nicely. I also enjoyed the side characters but wish some were developed more like Ashalin (sp?). I do find myself rooting for the MCs to succeed and find happiness together, which is obviously an important aspect for romantasy. Overall, was this an earth-shattering, mind-bending, terrific piece of literature? No. But was it the worst thing I've read this year? Also, no. This book has, to me, the bones of a great read & just needs a bit more to push it from an alright book to a great book. Overall ratings: Plot- 3.5⭐️ World building 3⭐️ Spice 2.5 🌶🌶 Main characters 4 ⭐️ Supporting characters 3.5⭐️
