Installation Method:

• 1. First, you need to remove the original handlebars. Apply detergent or lubricant to the left handlebars, then install them on the left handlebars and tighten the screws on the handlebars (the left handlebars are installed).
• 2 . Remove the throttle cable from the original handlebars, select the appropriate throttle clip for installation, install the throttle cable, tighten the handlebar screws, and the installation is complete.

Installation Precautions:

• 1. When installing the left handle, do not twist the handle too much, as excessive twisting may cause the heating wire to shift.
• 2. One-piece molding prevents rain and dust from entering the internal parts to corrode them, making the service life longer and safer
• 3. For models with a balance iron, please adjust the installation position of the balance iron. Do not squeeze the handle when tightening the screws. The balance iron should be slightly separated from the handle. If the installation position of the balance iron cannot be adjusted, please add a gasket between the balance iron and the handle to separate them. Excessive squeezing of the handle will cause difficulty in turning the handle switch, and the heating wire will be squeezed out of the handle surface and other abnormal damage.
• 4. Reverse connection of the positive and negative poles of the product may cause product damage, but if the wrong connection time with opposite polarity is within 5 seconds, the protection circuit can prevent product damage. Please be sure to confirm the polarity before connecting.
• 5. Before installing the product, please be sure to check the operation of the product yourself. If the power consumption is too large or the battery is aging, there are too many electrical devices, etc., resulting in insufficient power supply from the AC generator, this product will not work properly.
• 6. It may cause low-temperature burns. Please do not use it for a long time. At maximum output, the temperature will be very high.
• 7. If the white indicator light flashes three times and then goes out, it enters the standby state; if the power-off indicator light goes out after running for a few seconds, it means that the battery voltage is too low. Please do not force the operation and wait for the battery to recover.
• 8. Using the handle when the engine is stopped may cause the battery to run out. Be sure to use the electric heating handle when the engine is running.
• 9. The product refers to the opinions and requirements of customers and is improved as much as possible during each production. There may be changes and accessories that are not recorded in the product manual. At that time, please consult the after-sales service for any questions you do not understand.

Note: When wiring, red connects to the positive pole and black connects to the negative pole. If you connect them in reverse, the switch will burn out, but the handle will heat up. So when wiring, please make sure the positive and negative poles are connected to prevent burning.
