This D.A.S. is constructed from high-quality linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) that is impact resistant, extremely durable, and 100% recyclable. A silicone seal piece finishes the inlet of the D.A.S. and seals to the hood to block off unwanted hot engine air from entering the air intake system. The 52-10010S Dynamic Air Scoop fits the factory systems, as well as aFe POWER’s Rapid Induction and Quantum air intakes Systems. I am new to midterm renting but this book has been extremely enlightening. It has given me the needed confidence to pursue midterm rentals. I came into this thinking just of traveling nurses but Erin helped me see the broader picture. This is a great resource for anyone considering getting into property investment, particularly midterm or even short term rental. Her advice is practical as well as entertaining.

Erin's book was a lifesaver.

Erin's book was a lifesaver. We couldn't sell our house so we decided to Midterm rent it. The book covers all the essentials and most importantly makes you think that you can do this. After reading the book and listening to her youtube channel, I booked a consulting call with Erin and it was fantastic. Erin is well worth taking advice from.
