Guest Capacity:
We can accommodate up to 22–24 children, depending on the party package and ages. -
Saturday Party Fee:
All Saturday parties include a $50 upcharge, due on the day of the event. -
In-Store Parties:
An 18% gratuity is added to all in-store parties and is paid on the day of the event.
Gratuity is calculated based on the total party package amount. -
Mobile Parties & Travel Fees:
- 15% travel fee for mobile parties within loop 1604 San Antonio
- 18% travel fee for locations outside loop 1604 San Antonio city limits

Payment & Deposits:
Parties are billed in advance to secure your party date.
We do accept 50% as a deposit to hold your reservation.

Party Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy
All party reservations are subject to the following policy:

Rescheduling:
Parties may be rescheduled at no additional fee. We are happy to work with you to find a new date that works for everyone. -
Refunds:
Refunds are available only if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the original booking. -
Store Credit:
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event date will receive full store credit (no cash or card refunds). -
Cancellations within 14 days:
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled party date are non-refundable and non-transferable, as staffing and supplies have already been secured.
