The tea leaves are plucked, allowed to semi-oxidize, rolled into small beads and then roasted. Describing the flavor of this delectable brew we find ourselves falling into the language of fine wine or Scotch whisky; there are floral, nutty and buttery notes, accompanied by honey, grass, fresh herbs and toasted wood. Steep for at least three minutes and enjoy on its own, milk and sugar are up to you or alongside herby or smoky dishes, wok-fried greens or even chocolate.
