Lc. Mari's Magic (Mari's Song x Tokyo Magic) is one of my favourite hybrids with attractive white flowers, with wide flared, yellow petals and red tips, it’s an eye-catching combination.  Slc. Candy Sparks (Mem. Trudi Marsh x Angel's Fantasy) is a true mini-Catt - plants are just 6” tall – the flowers are beautifully flared in red and yellow, and flower twice a year.  Candy Sparks has produced many fine mini-Catt hybrids, and it’s used frequently in this year’s list.  In the cross we are testing the effect of a compact Catt will pair with a mini-Catt. We know from previous experience that plants will be 6-8” tall, flowering first in 3” pots and maturing in 4” pots, with 3-5 flowers displayed just above the foliage.  The flower colour outcome is harder to predict. We are expecting flares, but they will come in a range of colours, many will be red and yellow other yellow, pink and possibly some lavender colours.
