Nose - Opens like the beginning chapter of a good adventure novel and inspires a literal thrill of anticipation, is that Gandalf knocking on the door of your senses?! Apothecary box, outdoor swimming pool (in a good way!), molasses, biltong, freshly oiled leather in a tack room and smoked sea salt. Honey roast ham and a drizzle of apricot syrup complete the introduction

Palate - The savoury elements are joined by a plot twist of sweet and juicy plum jam, chocolate stuffed charred banana skins on a beach bonfire and treacle toffees. The viscous mouthfeel compliments the flavours perfectly. In time a delicate wisp of cinnamon and spice rub joins the fray
