Solid Proepicate™ dose with shilajit and straight-up stim-free muscle support

MyoBlox Mania is a simple, fully open-label, stim-free muscle support capsule with just three key ingredients instead of a bunch of weak ones. The idea is to boost muscle growth signals, workout performance, cell energy, and recovery without hormones, prohormones, or stim hype. It's not your old-school test booster—it's a fresh take on natural anabolic support focused on real muscle biology.

The star is PROEPICATE™ cocoa bean extract at 300mg, with 90% epicatechin. That's right in the 250-300mg range that studies back for strong epicatechin extracts. Epicatechin tweaks the follistatin-myostatin balance—follistatin helps muscle growth, while myostatin slows it down. You'll notice better fullness and stronger workouts over time. It also ramps up nitric oxide for better blood flow and activates PGC-1alpha, which helps with making more mitochondria (tiny power plants in cells) for energy. No instant buzz, but you get denser muscles, solid training, and a better setup for gains.

Shilajit extract at 500mg, with 50% fulvic acid, adds another layer. Shilajit is an old-school energizer, but in sports supps, it helps mitochondria (cell energy factories), nutrient delivery, and bouncing back from workouts. Fulvic acid in shilajit boosts cell energy and co

Key Highlights

  • 300mg PROEPICATE™ cocoa bean extract with 90% epicatechin—this is the main player, hitting that 250-300mg sweet spot for real epicatechin benefits. It's all about dialing in myostatin-follistatin for muscle growth, nitric oxide for blood flow, and better workouts, not just label filler.
  • Dosing that's on point for epicatechin—lots of natural supps toss in epicatechin but hide it in blends or use weak cocoa with no real standards. Here, it's a branded ingredient at 90% potency, the kind of detail that smart buyers love.
  • Proepicate™ helps with follistatin-myostatin—myostatin puts the brakes on muscle size, follistatin fights back. Epicatechin gives a natural way to tip things toward more muscle without hormone tricks.
  • Nitric oxide boost without stims—epicatechin kicks up nitric oxide for wider blood vessels. In the gym, that means better pumps, nutrient flow, and that full, dense feel you want from hard sets.
  • 500mg shilajit extract with 50% fulvic acid—this is a real dose for cell energy, vitality, and recovery. It makes the formula more about overall performance, not just a muscle gimmick.
  • Fulvic acid in shilajit pairs great with tough training—it helps mitochondria work better and moves nutrients around, which is key when you're hitting multiple sessions a week. It builds toughness and output, not just covering up tiredness like caffeine.
  • 100mg Ajuga turkestanica with 10% turkesterone—the label shows exactly what's in it, which is huge in a world of big claims. Think of this as backup to the epicatechin, adding plant-based support at a solid level.
  • Fully open label, no prop blends—that's a big win for natural anabolics. You can check the doses yourself instead of guessing what's really in there.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders in growth phases who want stim-free daily support without sleep issues. The 300mg Proepicate™ is the hook, giving natural muscle signals and nitric oxide for quality workouts and fullness.
  • Intermediate lifters with creatine and protein down, ready for next-level body supps. Mania adds epicatechin, shilajit, and Ajuga for targeted progress, not more caffeine.
  • Late-day trainers who hate caffeine after work. Stim-free means consistent use without heart racing, bad sleep, or crashes.
  • Athletes in high-volume training wanting better session quality and weekly recovery. 500mg shilajit helps energy and bounce-back, epicatechin adds performance and growth.
  • Folks chasing recomp who need to hold lean muscle on a cut. Epicatechin and shilajit beat vague hormone blends for real support.
  • Users who like capsules over powders and skip flavored pres. Three caps are portable and fit mornings or pre-lifts without hassle.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules daily. Go with breakfast for easy habit or 30-60 minutes pre-workout to line it up, but consistency beats perfect timing since ingredients build up. If new to strong botanicals, start with 1-2 caps for a few days to check your gut, then go full. Capsules mean no mixing—just water. With a meal helps if black pepper or minerals bug you; lighter stomach pre-workout might make flow feel more obvious. Stacks well with creatine, electrolytes, EAAs, or caffeine pre if you want energy on top. No need for strict cycles like stims, but 8-week runs make sense to track body and training shifts. Keep it cool and dry to maintain the extracts.

What to Expect

First 0-30 minutes? Nothing wild, which is good—no stims here. On an empty stomach, maybe a mild warmth from the mix; with food, it's super smooth. In early workouts, expect better muscle feel, steady output, and fuller pumps from epicatechin's flow and support effects—no buzz needed. Days 1-7 build routine, with small wins in workout quality and recovery. Weeks 2-4 are the test: easier to repeat strong sessions, bigger pumps, and workouts that actually show in your physique. After that, keep it going daily with good training and food for ongoing value. It's a steady builder for committed users, not instant hype.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does MyoBlox Mania actually do?

MyoBlox Mania is a stimulant-free muscle support formula designed to improve the biological environment for training progress. Its core driver is 300mg PROEPICATE™ epicatechin, which is used to support the follistatin-myostatin balance, nitric oxide production, and training performance, while 500mg shilajit and 100mg Ajuga turkestanica round out the formula with energy and botanical anabolic support.

Is 300mg of Proepicate™ a serious dose?

Yes. The ingredient knowledge base places concentrated epicatechin extracts in the 250-300mg range, so Mania sits directly at the top end of that clinically relevant window. That makes this one of the more credible epicatechin-based formulas in the category.

How much caffeine is in MyoBlox Mania?

None. Mania is a stim-free capsule formula, so it is built for users who want performance and muscle support without caffeine, energy spikes, or sleep disruption.

When should I take MyoBlox Mania?

Take 3 capsules daily, either with breakfast for consistency or 30-60 minutes before training. Because the key ingredients are designed to work through cumulative use, daily adherence matters more than precise pre-workout timing.

Can I stack Mania with a pre-workout?

Yes. In fact, that is one of its best use cases. Because Mania is stimulant-free and focused on anabolic signaling, blood flow, and recovery support, it pairs well with a separate pre-workout for acute energy or focus.

What should I expect to feel from Mania on day one?

Do not expect a rush. This is not that kind of formula. Most users notice little to no acute sensation beyond a potentially better training feel or muscular fullness, with the real value showing up over 2-4 weeks of consistent use.

Is the Ajuga turkestanica dose in Mania high?

The formula provides 100mg of Ajuga turkestanica standardized to 10% turkesterone, which yields roughly 10mg turkesterone. That is best viewed as a supportive inclusion rather than the primary reason to buy the product; the strongest evidence-backed feature of Mania is the 300mg Proepicate™ dose.

Why is shilajit included in a muscle formula?

Shilajit adds a different kind of value than a pump or stimulant ingredient. At 500mg standardized to 50% fulvic acid, it is included to support cellular energy metabolism, vitality, and recovery capacity, making the overall formula more useful for repeated hard training.

Does Mania use a proprietary blend?

No. Mania is a disclosed formula based on the verified ingredient list provided. That is important in this category because many natural anabolic products hide key ingredients behind proprietary blends, making dose evaluation impossible.

How long should I run Mania before judging results?

Give it at least 4 weeks, and preferably 8 weeks of daily use. This formula is meant to support training adaptation over time, so it should be judged by better workout quality, recovery rhythm, and physique progress rather than immediate stimulation.

Has Potential, Poorly Executed
Format: Kindle
I really really wanted to enjoy this book and was looking forward to reading it. However there were just one too many convoluted plot points, sentences just did not flow nicely at times, and I was left with a lot of confusion on my end. I think it has the bones of being a great story but seems like it was rushed and I had to push myself to finish the last of the book and was left with an unsatisfying ending. It’s definitely different from other omegaverse novels I’ve read but not for good reasons. I really think it could be great but needs some serious tweaking and editing before I’d read it again.

Secrets, Seduction, and Rockstars!
Format: Kindle
Rockstars, secrets, and off-the-charts chemistry? Sign me up! Cinder Blaze takes us on a rollercoaster of passion and peril with Knot Their Omega. Blair Vesper, a secret Omega masquerading as an Alpha, strikes a risky deal to tour with Blooming Salvation, a band teetering on the edge of chaos. Enter Icarus Morrigan, the enigmatic manager, and his three complicated and irresistibly sexy rockstars: wild Kenji, icy Kaiser, and fiery Nathaniel. This book delivers steamy Omegaverse drama, sizzling slow-burn romance, and just the right dash of angst. The tension between Blair and the band crackles like electricity onstage, while the societal stakes add depth to the spicy dynamics. Short, sharp, and oh-so-sinful Knot Their Omega will have you hooked from the first note!

A good read
Format: Kindle
A good read, just fluffy cuteness, no antagonism. I like all the characters. It could have used another round of editing however, glanfds being one error that cracked me up, and my personal pet peeve was that the author kept using the word fill instead of feel, which I promise you are not interchangeable haha, but it's definitely better than the majority of books I read on here mistake-wise.

amazing
Format: Kindle
Knot the Bride was a fantastic read! The characters were all amazing and well-developed. It was easy to like them all. Sophia, Luca, Nick, and Gavin were all perfect for each other. It was such a charming story that had me hooked the entire time. I did wish there were POVs from Luca, Nick, and Gavin but it was still an amazing book without it. I am excited to read the next book in the Willowside Omegaverse series! This is definitely a must-read for fans of omegaverse romance!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

3 Star Read,
Format: Kindle
This book wasn't bad, but wasn't my cup of tea. It's highly disappointing because the storyline is so original. There is no real conflict or resolution, so the entire thing feels flat. As a lover of omegaverse books, I know there is a ton of variety out there, and ov is really up to the author. But this one is weird. Omegas have multiple scent glands all over their bodies and go into week long heats every month. Alphas have knots in the middle of their shaft instead of the base, and the knot doesn't always swell, no explanation of when or why. It doesn't engage at all when the mouth is in play. I also didn't enjoy the author's writing style. Each paragraph is only 1 or 2 sentences long, and the entire book reads very stacato. The conversations are stiff and unnatural feeling. Everything is very repetitive, both in word choice and in thought. The same thing is repeated 3 or 4 times over a single page, multiple times over. I ended up doing so much skimming. The first 50% of the book is all slow burn, and the last 50% is almost straight mediocre spice. This wouldn't have been all bad if the grammar and spelling errors didn't start at the exact same time. Tongue is repeatedly misspelled in the middle of the spice.
