Cure under UV lamp for 60-120s. Step 4: Draw the pattern you like,then cure under UV lamp for 60-120s. Step 5: Apply RARJSM Top coat (sold separately) and cure under lamp for 60-120s. Step 6: Wipe of sticky layer with a Shine Wipe(sold separately). Step 7: Enjoy your 21 Days Manicure. Does glow-in-the-dark nail polish need sunlight? In order for the gel nail polish to glow it will need to be exposed to a light source to charge it. Sunlight is the most effective, but a bright uv light will work as well. The longer the polish is left in the light, the longer it will glow! A Warm Tips 1. Don 't apply gel on the skin and cuticle or the nail art design will peel off easily. 2. Keep the bottle of gel nail polish away from sunlight and not too close to your nail lamp. 3. The real color of the gel nail polish may be slightly different from the pictures shown on website caused by many factors such as brightness of your monitor and light brightness.

My gastroenterologist told me to take Benefiber, specifically, every day. My digestion seems to be better, and I no longer have constipation, just normal, average, healthy stool. They are an expense at the amount my doctor has me on, but they’re worth every penny to not have the awful pain and nausea I had before I started taking them. Highly recommend.
