Hamper is manufactured with a sturdy 7 8" steel tubing with a chrome finish. Hamper has a "bag lock" to secure bag liner in place and 4 3" caster (2 caster are lockable). With the foot pedal you eliminate touching the cover. Hamper stand is sold and priced by the each.
