Rosso rubino con sfumature tendenti al granato. Intenso il profilo olfattivo che vede i profumi di lampone e ribes fondersi con le note di fiori, spezie, erbe aromatiche e liquirizia. Assaggio nel segno dell’eleganza, fresco e dal tannino fine.Il Toscana Cabernet Franc IGT 2014 di La Fralluca è prodotto con uve allevate in biologico e raccolte a mano dal vigneto “le piche”, dal suolo ricco di calcare e sassi. La fermentazione in acciaio è seguita da una maturazione in legni di varie dimensioni per almeno 18 mesi, prima del lungo affinamento in bottiglia. Un rosso che non tradisce le origini e che porta nel calice la croccantezza di una tra le annate più fresche del nuovo millennio.
Perfetto in abbinamento ai maccheroni al ragù e ai secondi a base di carni rosse.
