Designed for aligned shafts, the 2-Piece Clamp-Type Coupling makes two shafts function as one. This coupling comes completely apart to allow the most convenient assembly and adjustment. Standard keyways provide added torque capacity and fixed shaft phasing.

Clamp-Type Couplings with Keyways are available with straight-through bores. They are precision machined, non-marring, easy to adjust, with high clamping power.

They are light, comfortable, keep feet dry, cool & comfortable... They don't shift around on feet. They stay put once put on and running, climbing or cycling shoes are put on and laced up or ratched... I do a lot of hill climbing and also use on terrain where there's lots of long periods ( hours ) going up & hours going down... They don't appear to be very durable, get holes in toe or holes in heels, but 3 pack is relatively inexpensive so I continue to buy them. I do not use them for everyday casual wear because they would wear out very quickly compared to other similar sockets...
