Solid glycine dose, 400mg magnesium, no melatonin hassle.

Revive Sleep is a simple, fully open-label sleep and recovery powder. It focuses on easing nighttime tension, boosting calm signals in your brain, and fixing mineral levels instead of just sedating you. That's a smart move. Lots of sleep supps hide doses in prop blends, cram in weak herbs, or rely on melatonin to force you out. Revive keeps it clean: four key ingredients, all dosed clear, built in a way that fits athletes and stressed-out adults.

The star is 3g L-glycine, matching the dose in most sleep quality studies. Glycine is an amino acid that acts as a calming signal in your brain and helps with other body functions. People often feel it helps them relax into sleep without that wired-but-tired vibe. Studies show this dose improves how sleep feels and how you function the next day – it's not just a tiny amount for show.

Inositol at 2g is on the low end of doses that help with mood and nervous system support. It works as a messenger in your cells for signals tied to brain chemicals like serotonin and dopamine. In a sleep mix, it calms the mental buzz that keeps you 'on' at night, not by sedating but by easing stress and anxious thoughts.

L-theanine at 200mg is a solid pick. This dose is backed by plenty of studies for cutting stress and chilling your mind. Theanine gets into your brain, boosts

Revive Sleep by Revive contains 0.52mg Iron, a standard dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 3,000mg L-Glycine – that's the full dose from most sleep studies. It acts as a calming brain signal and is one of the best-backed options without melatonin. You'll feel more relaxed at bedtime and sharper the next day.
  • 2,000mg Inositol – a good dose in the range that supports mood and nerves. It helps with cell signals for brain chemicals like serotonin and dopamine, great when stress messes with your sleep.
  • 200mg L-Theanine – a reliable dose for relaxation without knocking you out. It boosts calm brain waves and tweaks glutamate, so your mind quiets down instead of feeling drugged.
  • 400mg Magnesium – right in the sweet spot for topping up levels and helping muscles and nerves. It's key for over 300 body processes, like relaxing at night, energy stability, and smooth nerve signals.
  • Magnesium from bisglycinate chelate and taurate – better choices than cheap oxide. These are easier on your gut and fit a nighttime supp aimed at calming you down.
  • Built-in electrolytes – 128mg sodium, 116mg chloride, and 62mg potassium for real recovery help. If you sweat late or wake up dry and flat, this beats sleep supps that skip basic minerals.
  • No prop blend – every key ingredient and dose is right there. You can check it against studies instead of guessing.
  • No stimulants – pure nighttime stuff. No caffeine messing with your sleep, no hidden boosters, and the label matches what it does.

Who Is This For?

  • Late-night lifters whose body's beat but brain's still buzzing. 3g glycine, 200mg theanine, and 400mg magnesium fix that gap between tired muscles and no shutdown.
  • Stressed pros needing a smooth shift to sleep without hangover. 2g inositol and 200mg theanine handle mental overload without making it a heavy hitter.
  • Bodybuilders focused on recovery – growth happens at night. Glycine and magnesium boost sleep start and quality for the recovery you miss.
  • Hybrid athletes or heavy sweaters who lose salts late and wake up cramped or dry. Added sodium, chloride, and potassium make this more useful than herb-only sleep aids.
  • Folks skipping melatonin to avoid groggy mornings. This uses aminos, minerals, and brain calmers instead of high hormone doses.
  • Newbies starting a recovery stack with something simple and backed. No prop blend to figure out, no stims, just four key ingredients with real doses.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop in 8-12 oz water and drink 30-60 minutes before bed. Gives the aminos and magnesium time to kick in as you wind down. No stims here, so no need to half-dose for tolerance, but if your gut's sensitive, start with half a scoop to check magnesium. Use a shaker for best mix, especially with the cocoa. Cool water tastes better. Take after dinner's settled, not on a full stomach, to feel it faster. Don't stack with other sleep knockouts or extra mag unless you know your limits. Goes well with creatine, protein, and hydration for day-to-night recovery. No need to cycle – daily use builds better magnesium and habits. Keep it sealed, cool, and dry for fresh flavor.

What to Expect

First 10 minutes, it's mostly the drink and the signal that bedtime's starting. By 20-40 minutes, you might feel less buzzed mentally and physically – that's theanine, glycine, and magnesium doing their thing without heavy sedation. When you hit the bed, falling asleep feels smoother.

In the first week, sleep starts easier and you feel more chill before bed. After 2-4 weeks of nightly use, it gets consistent as magnesium builds up and your routine sticks: fewer wired nights, more refreshed mornings, and less relying on luck for good sleep.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Revive | Sleep contain melatonin?

No. Revive | Sleep is a non-melatonin sleep formula built around 3g glycine, 2g inositol, 200mg theanine, and 400mg magnesium. That makes it a strong option for users who want nighttime support without relying on melatonin-based sedation.

How much magnesium is in each serving?

Each 1-scoop serving provides 400mg magnesium from magnesium bisglycinate chelate and magnesium taurate. That is a meaningful supplemental dose and one of the core reasons the formula has real nighttime recovery utility.

What does the 3g glycine dose actually do?

3g is the clinical benchmark dose most commonly used in human sleep studies. Glycine functions as an inhibitory neurotransmitter and is associated with improved subjective sleep quality and better next-day functioning when taken before bed.

Is this more for falling asleep or staying asleep?

It is best positioned as a formula for improving the transition into sleep and overall sleep quality. Theanine and inositol help calm the mind, while glycine and magnesium support a more relaxed body and nervous system once bedtime arrives.

When should I take Revive | Sleep?

Take 1 scoop about 30-60 minutes before bed. That timing allows the glycine, theanine, inositol, and magnesium to begin working as you move into your nighttime routine.

Will this make me groggy the next morning?

Most users choose formulas like this specifically to avoid that issue. Because Revive | Sleep does not rely on a heavy melatonin dose and instead uses amino acids and magnesium, it is designed to promote relaxation without a hangover-style feel the next morning.

Can I stack this with other nighttime supplements?

Yes, but be smart about overlap. It generally stacks well with foundational recovery products, but if another sleep supplement also contains magnesium, theanine, or sedative compounds, total intake can become excessive for some users.

Is the formula fully transparent?

Yes. There are no proprietary blends here. The primary actives and their doses are clearly disclosed, which is a major advantage in a category where many labels still hide behind blend names.

Why include sodium, chloride, and potassium in a sleep formula?

Because recovery doesn’t stop with relaxation. These electrolytes support fluid balance, nerve signaling, and muscle function, which is useful for athletes who train hard, sweat heavily, or wake up feeling under-recovered.

Is this a good option if I train in the evening?

Yes. Evening trainees are one of the clearest fits for this formula because the combination of glycine, magnesium, and theanine helps address the common post-workout problem of physical fatigue paired with nervous system overstimulation.

It works to divide a room, but it's not easy to use.
Color: Grey, Size: 6 Panel
This comes in multiple pieces and you have to build every single piece including the cloth that is between the two poles. There are plastic clips to hold the sections together, but they easily come off if you move the dividers the wrong way or try to reposition it. The only thing holding it up is rectangular shaped feet on the bottom and they are a pain when you hit it with your toes. It works if you need to divide a room, but its not pretty and there are far better options. It's cheaply made and has a habit of falling down if you are trying to use it in a straight or slightly angled line.

Great privacy room divider
Color: Black, Size: 6 Panel, Color: Black, Size: 6 Panel
I got this room divider for our game room that shares the garage/laundry room, to separate the spaces. I was happy that it was relatively easy to put together in less than an hour with nothing more than a screwdriver (provided) although I used a small handheld drill. The instructions were pretty straightforward and easy to understand as everything was labeled. I have 2 small grandkids at home running around while I put this together so my timeline to completion might be longer than others. It recommends 2 people to assemble, but I was able to complete alone in about 40 minutes total and as I said I used a small handheld drill, (although it does come with a small Philips screwdriver) which is the only tool you need for assembly. The first two panels took me about 20 minutes but the other 4 were simple repeats after the initial 2. After all 6 panels were assembled the plastic clips to piece them together were literally a "SNAP" to put on. The poles are made of metal and the panels are made of a very sturdy almost canvas like fabric. When held up to the light not a lot shined through so very good for privacy. You can snap them together in sections and have 2 separate panels of 3 or what ever configuration you want. They are easy to move and bend around furniture or other obstacles, also fold flat together if you need to put them aside for storage. This worked out just as we had planned, very easy to move around when needed and I am very happy with this product. I loved how simple it was to put together, easy instructions, and the durability and functionality of it.

Decent for the price. Instructions suck but most people should be able to figure it out. More below.
Color: Black, Size: 6 Panel, Color: Black, Size: 6 Panel
SUMMARY: 3 stars from me because it's firmly average. It's fine for the price. Assembly and materials are alright but I can see some caveats depending on your circumstances. Assembly instructions do a subpar job of pointing out some details. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: Maybe it's because I'm autistic and/or building model kits and assembling stuff is my jam, but I honestly thought people were exaggerating when they were complaining about the instructions and I'd be able to flex my ~superior assembly skills.~ I was wrong! These instructions genuinely suck, and whoever is responsible for making them should be ashamed. The instructions do a poor job of calling out some details regarding orientation of parts, and some of the images do not actually match the physical parts. For example, it does not really outline the assembly of the end panels clearly, and I can see someone accidentally using the wrong poles. I've drawn over a photo to show what you should do to try and make it clearer. Additionally, the manual shows a flathead screw for bolting the feet into position, but the actual screw is not a flathead. It also does not point out the counterbore, so if you aren't paying attention you may put the foot pads onto the wrong side of the foot. It's also missing the fact that you need to use another one of the plastic pieces when you finish assembling a panel. ACTUAL ASSEMBLY & MATERIALS: To their credit, all of my bags were clearly labeled. The assembly process wasn't difficult. It's mostly just tedious and requires a fair amount of space. I was able to assemble it by myself without any real difficulty. However, the way it's assembled means two things. One, the fabric parts aren't removable without disassembly. So if you want to use this in an environment where they would require cleaning, I would seriously recommend looking for another option. Or, you could buy this just to use the frame pieces and then somehow buy or make your own fabric pieces designed to be removable with velcro or something. Two, because of the materials I really don't have a lot of faith in this thing surviving disassembly and reassembly. Like a lot of sorta-cheap-but-convenient furniture, it uses those spring-button connections and plastic inserts with self-tapping screws. Those things are not really meant to be disassembled and rethreaded. It also relies a lot on the tension of the poles and the fabric to keep everything rigid and squared, which I think puts a lot of pressure on the aforementioned buttons, plastic inserts, and the hollow metal rods. So I feel like that will also cause issues with disassembly and reassembly. Basically once this thing is assembled, it's not really meant to be disassembled. The best you can do is spot-clean the fabric if you need to. Speaking of the fabric, I didn't see any labels on them or anything in the manual that says what they are, but they feel like some kind of polyester. They generate static electricity pretty easily, and pet hair and debris sticks easily. So that's another downside of them not being easily removable. For the most part it does seem pretty stable. The poles seem to be pretty uniform in length so they're all making contact with my floor. Obviously this isn't structural so it shouldn't be supporting anything, but the two main feet seem to be doing fine with keeping this thing upright. CLOSING THOUGHTS: Really, it's fine for what it is, but it could be better in a lot of little ways and the substandard quality of the instructions just seems unprofessional to me, which is why I'm being so harsh with my rating. Depending on your needs and environment you may want to consider a different option. Preferably one that is made to be disassembled with better materials, and/or one with fabric pieces made to be removed easily.
