- מסייע במניעת פציעות, סיבולת, תקופת החלמה ומהירות מוגברת
- מתח כבד יותר מיועד לגילאי 13 ומעלה
- יש לבצע תרגילים לפני ההטלה (או בממוצע 3-5 ימים בשבוע בתקופות של חופש)
- סט אחד של 25 חזרות לכל תרגיל (תרגילים 2 ו-3 כוללים שימוש בנשימה תוך כדי מתיחה במרווחים של 30 שניות)

solid wood, well designed and easy to put together. A few of the back pieces were bowed but thats what you get with wood and it all went together just fine, can't even tell.
