The 812MT set includes two contra-angle handpieces, the CA161 and CA161-RR, designed for specific endodontic procedures:
CA161: This contra-angle handpiece features a 6:1 gear reduction ratio, providing a speed range of 100–1200 rpm. It's suitable for tasks like drilling and root preparation, offering high torque at low speeds for precise control.
CA161-RR: Also with a 6:1 gear reduction ratio, this handpiece offers a higher speed range of 100–2500 rpm. It's designed for procedures such as MTA compaction, where higher speeds are beneficial.
Each additional CA161 or CA161-RR contra-angle (autoclavable attachment) is priced at NZD490 + GST
