Stitched Collection: Time Sewn into Clay

The Stitched Collection is a series of quiet, tender objects that echo the texture of hand-sewn fabric. Instead of thread and cloth, they are stitched with clay and care—each piece slowly shaped by hand, offering warmth and presence to everyday life.

Artist Sohye creates with the intention of “dressing the old in something new.” Inspired by traditional Korean pottery and the textile practices once passed down through generations of women—quilting, patching, and hand-sewing—she constructs each form as if making a garment.
