Lo Chardonnay di Massolino è vino che appartiene alla lunga schiera dei grandi bianchi prodotti nelle Langhe, strutturati, capaci di evolvere e migliorare con il passare del tempo. Uno Chardonnay morbido e avvolgente, la cui vinificazione e successiva maturazione avvengono parzialmente in barrique di rovere francese, materiale ideale a smussarne eventuali spigolature. Un affinamento di circa 6 mesi in bottiglia ne anticipa luscita, sempre durante lestate successive al millesimo di produzione.

Anche come aperitivo, si accompagna egregiamente con portate di pesce di mare ed alcuni pesci di fiume, come la trota. Ottimo con primi a base di verdure.
