This Ladies dress watch is eloquent and dainty, a gold-tone steel bracelete with textured links and jewelry clasp. Locking clasp. 

A rectangular black dial features gold-tone hour markers, along with an hours hand and diamond accent at 12 o'clock.

The dial is capped with a hardened mineral crystal and framed by gold-tone bezel with textured ridges and polished accents.

Japanese quartz precision and water resistance to 99 feet (30 meters). May need new battery. 

Rarely worn, so looks like new. No scratches or signs of wear. Watch is insurable.
