- Pick-up only.
- To ensure premium quality, it is recommended that florals be picked up the day of the event. We are not responsible for flowers after they have left our shop or the care of the courier.
- Pickup orders must be collected within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up date. After that, floral quality is not guaranteed, and flowers will be composted.
- All purchases are final. Cancellation requests within 24 hours of the original purchase date are only accepted.
