Our team had the honor of traveling to Tomas’s farm in March of 2024.
This coffee undergoes an extended ferment, before being washed and sun-dried on concrete patios. Tomas Pinacho is a crisp and sweet cup with notes of nectarine, vanilla, and pie crust.
