Christian Drouin Bapt & Clém 6 Year Calvados is a youthful yet beautifully refined apple brandy from the celebrated Christian Drouin house in Normandy. Named in tribute to family generations within the Drouin lineage, the bottling reflects the estate’s modern yet deeply traditional approach to Calvados production, combining meticulous orchard work, careful distillation, and patient oak aging.

Aged for six years, the spirit balances vibrant orchard fruit with emerging layers of spice and barrel complexity. The nose opens with fresh apple, poached pear, honey, vanilla, white flowers, and subtle baking spice. On the palate, it is lively and elegant with flavors of baked apple, caramelized pear, toasted almond, citrus peel, spice cake, and soft oak carried by bright acidity and a silky texture.

Compared with older Calvados expressions, the 6 Year emphasizes freshness, lift, and purity while still offering enough maturity to show depth and integration. Christian Drouin’s polished house style keeps the spirit especially approachable without losing the authenticity and character of traditional Norman cider brandy.

Great Exfoliator, Love That tThere's Three of Them
This three pack of exfoliating loofah poufs is exactly what I need for those times when my skin is super dry and I really just need a good scratching. Each loofah has the same scratchiness as scratching with my own fingernails, only it covers so much more area and does a better, more even job. It's easy for me to find soft loufahs for a gentle everyday scrubbing, but during the winter the soft, gentle approach just doesn't work as well. That's where these three exfoliating loufah poufs come in. They make a perfect supplement to my winter bathing routine. Each half of each loofah is designed to look like a beautiful flower in bloom, which I think is kind of cool and very unique. That also makes them very giftable in my opinion, either as a set or individually as party gifts or stocking stuffers. This set of three loufahs currently lists for $25.50, so $8.50 per loufah. Since I consider these both artistic and very functional, to me that's a good value.

Do not buy if looking for reusability
This product is made of a folded sheet tied together with a granny knot. And it is cut short on the ends so when it eventually comes undone (2 days) it's a nightmare to tie back together. On the plus side, though it says it's made of cotton, if you're looking to exfoliate your skin from your body, it's a loofah form of a songwol towel used at Korean Spas. So... there's that.
