Multi-angle nitric oxide boost with full-dose patented pump ingredients.

PerformaX Vaso Max is a stim-free pump pre-workout that focuses on one big idea: get bigger, longer-lasting pumps by boosting nitric oxide from different angles while helping with hydration, blood vessel function, and how well ingredients get absorbed. Instead of one basic vasodilator, it stacks 3DPUMP-Breakthrough, Nitrosigine, VASO6, S7, taurine, electrolytes, and antioxidants into a totally open formula. That's key because top pump supps aren't just 'more citrulline.' They're built to ramp up blood flow, keep nitric oxide going strong, draw water into muscles, and stop performance from dropping off mid-workout.

The main player is 3DPUMP-Breakthrough at 6,000mg, a patented mix from Compound Solutions with L-citrulline, glycerol, and amla extract. At this full researched dose, it delivers the blood vessel widening and endurance you'd expect from a legit citrulline supp, plus cell-swelling hydration from glycerol and nitric oxide protection from amla's antioxidants. Citrulline boosts the arginine-NO pathway better than plain arginine, glycerol helps muscles stay full and hydrated, and amla keeps nitric oxide around longer. In the gym, that means fuller pumps, tighter training, and no more going flat halfway through.

Nitrosigine is dosed at the full 1,500mg clinical amount. This patented inositol-stabilized arginine silicate works way better than regular arginine because it shields arginine from quick breakdown and boosts blood arginine levels to support nitric oxide production in blood vessels. Studies on 1.5g show it kicks in fast, improves blood flow measurably, and lasts for hours. Basically, this is why Vaso Max feels reliable from the start and keeps going through those long sessions.

VASO

PerformaX Vaso Max by PerformaX contains 100mg Sodium, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 6,000mg 3DPUMP-Breakthrough – that's the full patented dose, not some weak sprinkle for the label. It mixes L-citrulline, glycerol, and amla to pump up nitric oxide, boost cell hydration, and keep nitric oxide strong for a bigger, longer pump.
  • 1,500mg Nitrosigine – right at the clinical dose from studies showing big jumps in blood arginine, nitric oxide, and blood flow. Unlike plain arginine, Nitrosigine is stabilized for better absorption and can keep blood flow going for hours, not just the early sets.
  • 300mg VASO6 – the standard full dose of this patented green tea extract. It boosts nitric oxide activity in blood vessels, adding a unique eNOS pathway instead of just leaning on citrulline.
  • 2,000mg Taurine – a solid dose in the 1-3g range backed by evidence. Taurine helps with cell volume and muscle signaling, meaning better contractions and less cramping or dryness in long workouts.
  • 50mg S7 – dosed exactly like in its human studies that showed a big nitric oxide increase. It's more about protecting nitric oxide from stress than loading up substrates.
  • 50mg AstraGin – at the usual effective dose to help gut absorption. With all these aminos and compounds, better uptake means better results in the gym.
  • 250mg Vitamin C plus 200mg L-Glutathione – a smart antioxidant combo. Vitamin C helps glutathione work better, and they support the blood vessel environment for nitric oxide, though the glutathione is more of a helper here.
  • Pink Himalayan salt at 250mg, giving 100mg sodium for electrolyte and blood volume support. This makes it way more practical for real workouts than pump supps that skip hydration.

Who Is This For?

  • Intermediate bodybuilders in hypertrophy blocks who rate pre's by sustained tension, fullness, and mind-muscle link in 60-90 minute sessions. 3DPUMP-Breakthrough, Nitrosigine, and VASO6 are made for that, where flow and hydration change the feel.
  • Evening trainers wanting real pre effects without caffeine delaying sleep. Stim-free means pumps, veins, and density without crashing recovery.
  • Guys on caffeinated pre's adding pump power without more stims. Vaso Max brings nitric oxide, taurine, electrolytes, and hydration to complement without overlap.
  • Pump chasers like competitors or shoot preppers needing fullness and veins over energy. Glycerol in 3DPUMP, taurine, and sodium help visible muscle pop.
  • High-volume folks with supersets, giant sets, short rests, and finishers where flow limits you. Nitrosigine and VASO6 keep it going, taurine and electrolytes fight fatigue.
  • Caffeine-sensitive lifters who find most pre's more hype than help. This focuses on real training: pumps, hydration, steady output without jitters.

How to Use

Mix a full scoop in 12-20 oz cold water and down it 20-30 minutes pre-lift. Gives Nitrosigine and 3DPUMP time to ramp up flow before sets. If new to pumps or dehydrated, try half first to see how glycerol, taurine, and vasodilators hit, then go full. Use a shaker – glycerol mixes better shaken, and more water helps taste and effects. Good on empty or light meal; heavy fatty food might slow it. Stack with coffee or caffeine if you want buzz, but skip other big pump supps unless you know your limits. No stim cycle needed, so run it on training days. Keep it sealed cool and dry; glycerol can clump in humidity.

What to Expect

First 10 minutes, no big energy wave since it's not stimmy. Around 10-20, you feel subtle stuff: more veins, easier warm-ups, and muscles starting to fill as flow and hydration build. 20-40 minutes in, it's peaking – 3DPUMP and Nitrosigine drive dense pumps, VASO6 keeps veins going. Through 40-90, it holds steady better than most because Nitrosigine lasts and hydration helps endurance. Days 1-7, it's all about that workout boost: pumps, fullness, better feel. Weeks 2-4 with regular use, pumps get reliable – you learn to match it with water, training, and food. This rewards steady habits over one big hit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does PerformaX Vaso Max contain caffeine or other stimulants?

No. Based on the verified formula, Vaso Max is a stim-free pump pre-workout. Its effect comes from nitric oxide support, hydration, and blood-flow ingredients like 3DPUMP-Breakthrough at 6g, Nitrosigine at 1.5g, and VASO6 at 300mg rather than caffeine.

What is the main pump driver in Vaso Max?

There is not just one. The formula uses 3DPUMP-Breakthrough for citrulline plus glycerol support, Nitrosigine for clinically dosed arginine-silicate nitric oxide support, VASO6 for eNOS stimulation, and S7 for additional NO bioavailability support. That multi-pathway design is the real pump engine.

Is 1,500mg of Nitrosigine a good dose?

Yes. 1,500mg is the full clinical dose most associated with Nitrosigine research on plasma arginine elevation, nitric oxide production, and flow-mediated dilation. This is one of the strongest formulation decisions in the product.

How should I take Vaso Max before training?

Take it about 20-30 minutes pre-workout with plenty of water. That timing fits the onset window for Nitrosigine and gives the hydration-focused components like glycerol, taurine, and sodium time to start doing their job before your heavier working sets.

Can I stack Vaso Max with a caffeinated pre-workout?

Yes, and that is one of the best use cases for it. Since Vaso Max is stim-free, it can be paired with caffeine, coffee, or a more basic energy-focused pre-workout when you want extra blood-flow support without just increasing stimulant dose.

How does Vaso Max compare to basic citrulline-only pump products?

It is substantially more complete. A simple citrulline product gives you one main nitric oxide substrate, while Vaso Max adds glycerol-mediated hydration, clinical-dose Nitrosigine, VASO6-driven eNOS support, S7, taurine, electrolytes, antioxidant support, and AstraGin for absorption.

Will I feel Vaso Max immediately?

You usually will not feel a harsh 'hit' because there are no stimulants. What most users notice is a progressive increase in vascularity, fullness, and pump quality beginning in the first 20-30 minutes and building as the workout continues.

Is the glutathione in this formula a major reason to buy it?

Not by itself. The core buying reasons are 3DPUMP-Breakthrough, Nitrosigine, VASO6, taurine, and the overall pump architecture. The 200mg glutathione is a supportive antioxidant inclusion, but standard oral glutathione is not the most bioavailable form and sits slightly below common standalone supplemental ranges.

Do I need to cycle Vaso Max?

There is no stimulant-driven reason to cycle it. Most users can use it continuously on training days, and because the product is not built around caffeine tolerance, its effectiveness depends more on hydration, workout structure, and consistent use than on cycling.

Is Vaso Max beginner-friendly?

Yes, especially compared with high-stim pre-workouts. Beginners who want better pumps without managing caffeine tolerance can start with a half serving, assess how the vasodilators and hydration ingredients feel, and scale up from there.

Baby bumps and bodyguards
Format: Kindle
Dark, emotional, and unexpectedly tender, Not Ready is an omegaverse romance that delivers found family feels, fierce protectiveness, and a very pregnant heroine who refuses to break. Vale’s on the run from a stalker, but lands in the arms of three private security alphas, cue the swoony tension, fake marriage twist, and slow-burn heat. It’s a little gritty, a little soft, and a whole lot addictive. If you love protective alphas, high stakes, and heroines with quiet strength, this one’s a must-read.

Strong Omegaverse Comfort and a Attention Grabbing Plot
Format: Kindle
Jillian West never misses when it comes to Omegaverse, and Not Ready is no exception. This story was the perfect blend of cozy comfort and emotional depth while still delivering a strong plot. Vale is such a powerful heroine, she is strong, capable, and determined but I love that she still allows her pack to love and take care of her. It’s that balance of independence and vulnerability that makes her so relatable. The relationship dynamics were amazing: Bishop is steadfast and completely head over heels, Mercy is skeptical but protective in his own way, and Holt is the hesitant one whose slow fall is so satisfying to watch unfold. The romance hits that sweet spot between insta-love and cautious build, keeping me hooked the entire way through. And that ending. Oh my god, the cliffhanger! I need the next book in this duet immediately.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
So I will say I enjoyed the story, for sure had its moments where it dragged but it was a great story. I really liked that omegas picked their alphas/make the pack. Normally the Alphas make it and the omega fits in with them which is great but I enjoyed this new version where all the power basically went to the omega. It was a nice change of pace. I can admit some of the weird bedroom stuff with her being pregnant was odd, it’s really not hard to do stuff when pregnant (I know I’ve had two and it’s normal and even encouraged at the end especially if you want the baby out). But I like the story as a whole and will read the second, I do hope the next one isn’t dragged bc it stopped being action or tense after she met her alphas and I don’t think it was brought up or properly done when they tried to do it. More sweet after she left.

I’m a little disappointed.
Format: Kindle
I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.

4.25 stars
Format: Kindle
Vale is an 8 month pregnant omega working as a waitress at a strip club and a cam girl. She starts to get very creepy vibes from a regular at the club, and her baby daddy ghosted her. She has had an online relationship with a man named Bishop through her cam girl status. One night, bishop was paying to watch her sleep and ansthe creepy regular Andrew break in and watch her sleep he tells vale to come to him at his business now. She flees and finds herself at a large security company with some.hot of alphas who are there to help her. This imegaverse is a little different than I have read, but I am thoroughly enjoying it. Vale is not a traditional omega she was raised by a single beta mom, and the alphas are not normal alphas they have never really loved pack life. But they are ruthless mercenaries. They need her, and she needs them. I love the aspect of the stalker and now the plot twists at the end, so so good. Sometimes, it seemed a little slow and stale mated, but since this a duet, I think It was just her starting to have Vale get to know her alpha suitors. Cliffhanger for sure with this one.
